The location was superb and the staff was extremely professional and pleasant. The hotel charged 1,400 dollars to my credit card for a security deposit without my knowledge. Therefore when I arrived in London I had no funds left in my account. When I called the hotel they asked me to call back because they were working with another guest. Finally, I was able to speak with a manager who told me they would remove the charge in one month. That was a horrible experience. |

The size of the hotel is not too big, we can always relux feeling at home. Especially, Bed and bedclothes are good quality and comfortable. Need shower curtain in order not to make the bathroom wet. |
