otel çalışanları oldukça yardımsever. 5 yıldızlı bir hotel fakat 5 yıldız konforu yok.Delux plus odada kalmamıza rağmen oda ufak.Ayrıca sular çok az akıyor. |

Pleasant and helpfull staff. Nice location and city center is accessible, but hotel is not exactly located next to it. Confusion with the booking and breakfast is a bit expensive. |

Bartender was friendly and knowledgeable.
Check-in staff were rude. Every question seemed to put them out.

very friendly and accommodating staff. Quiet location lovely rooms. the resturant was closed for the duration of our stay, it closes for 1 month in the summer for staff holidays although room service was available if desired. |

cleenliness of the room, comfort of the beds, big room, location. 1. Internet costs 16eur/hour in 2008.. 2.They've blocked 450 euro from my bank account just in case "I run away from the restaurant"(sic...). I checked out a week ago, and my money is still unaccesable...3. Apples at 10pm. 4. They dont care about the dont disturb sign. |
