Le calme et la beauté du lieu, à quelques km de Maastricht et de la petite ville de Valkenburg. Personnel sympathique Le prêt des vélos de l'hotel m'a été annoncé comme étant gratuit et lors de notre départ nous avons du regler 12.50 euros pour 2 h d'empreint !Bien vérifier la note de sortie avec l'hôtesse car on m'a aussi facturé des petits déjeuners alors que nous n'en avions pas commandé. Néanmoins, ils ont été annulés sans problème. Dommage que le personnel ne parle pas français |

Amabilité, service exceptionel tant au niveau de l'hôtel qu'au niveau du restaurant gastronomique(je ne suis pas allé au restaurant bistro),le restaurant est pour moi digne d'avoir une étoile au michelin.Le parc et le spa parfaitement entretenu, c'est notre deuxième séjour et nous y retournerons |

L'absence de bruit. Peut dormir fenêtre ouverte. Prix du petit déjeuner: 25 eur!!! Et sans prévenir. Prix normal des chambres élevé. (Payé prix promo dans mon cas) |

La chambre, l upgrade, la deco Television irregardable du lit, pas de precision du fait que la piscine est ds un lieu eloigné et separé de l hotel, il neigait! Massage nul et trop d attente au check out, pas assez de personel, mauvaise recomendation de restaurant ceux de l hotel trop cher pour la qualité de la bouffe et le bar pas au niveau du prix de l hotel. |

Friendly staff, nice grounds and castle. Excellent value for money, same applies for my dinner in the Bistrot de Liege which went well beyond that. Slept like a log. The decoration of the rooms is somewhat late 90s country posh, but spacious and well kitted out. |

This hotel is an absolute cracker! The rooms are extremely comfortable, the staff friendly & helpful. It's in a glorious area for walking/hiking and within very easy reach of Maastricht and Aachen. The swimming pool is excellent! Breakfast is very good but very expensive! The Internet is outrageously priced and we couldn't connect. However...they really really need to pay more attention to the food/staff in the Bistro. The food was very very poorly cooked, some of the ingredients were not at all fresh, and on that basis we didn't feel tempted to try the main restaurant. We ended up having to eat most nights in Valkenburg (not too much of a hardship!). If these issues were addressed it really would be a perfect hotel. |

The Grounds were amazing! The staff were very very helpful, free schuttle into Maastricht. Also the Bistro was fantastic and great value for money. Everything was perfect, a free upgrade on our room and the hotel was a short walk from a village train station. Wonderful hotel, very romantic and pretty. |

Being able to relax, walk, swim and not bothered by too many people. The price of the dinner was high for the amount of food you got on your plate. When i got rice, it was only one spoon ful. The starter was the same price as the main meal which is not usual. Apart from that it all tasted good. |

Beautiful complex with beautiful buildings. Good spa treatment We had a noisy room. Next to the lift and refrigeration noise form the kitchen. Not very restful for a hotel in the country. This was their low price room, so I suppose that is why it was near the equipment. If you visit make sure your room is away from the noise. |

The hotel is located on a wonderful estate and the hotel itself is exquisite. The staff are very very professional and helpful and have made our stay a wonderful experience. We'll definately come visit again! |

Great location. Hotel is situated on a beautiful park with direct access to the Geuldal. The senior apartment was large enough for us and our 4 kids. Staff was friendly, we felt very welcome with our 4 children. We are looking forward to going back. Sometimes long waiting in the bistrot. |

de ligging en het prachtig gerestaureerde kasteel/landgoed, de prima keuken, mooie kamers en vriendelijk personeel, de ongedwongen sfeer en het feit dat onze hond mee mocht. het personeel van de Bistro was erg vriendelijk maar had gebrek aan ervaring. |
