Great location. Hotel is situated on a beautiful park with direct access to the Geuldal. The senior apartment was large enough for us and our 4 kids. Staff was friendly, we felt very welcome with our 4 children. We are looking forward to going back. Sometimes long waiting in the bistrot. |

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Our room/apartment was very spacious and the hotel thought of nearly everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The bathroom was fabulous. The only minor point was thre were no coffee satchets or tea bags. hat would have been nice. |

Room in the old chateau was excellent - beams and old furniture, creaky staircases etc. Walks in the nearby forest were good. Train to Maastricht only ten minutes walk away and the free shuttle was great. Very dissapointed with the Bistro - sent our main course back as it was served lukewarm only to get the same plate back still lukewarm ..... they supposedly put the dover sole back in the pan to heat through again the waiter said. We declined to pay for the main course ..... |

The facilities are very good. We found that the breakfast could have been better. For this type you expect more fresh selection e.g. jus, eggs etc |

Large junior apartment suite was well furnished, including well equipped kitchenette. Grounds were nicely done and provided a very peaceful setting. "King bed" was really 2 twin beds stuck together. |

Alles mooi luxe en goed verzorgd De bistro is goed van eten maar word ook na gevraagd te hebben om het rustig aan te doen zodat je op je gemak kunt eten was een drie gangen menu in een uur tijd verwerkt, zonde van de dure fles wijn en je apperetif want dat moet je naar binnen gieten zonde want de omgeving is schitterend en het personeel is geweldig |

De sfeer, kwaliteit van het eten, ligging, Kamers waren niet zo groot als beschreven, temperatuur op de kamer was niet regelbaar en daardoor was het erg warm. |

Een riant hotel, zeer comfortabel. Het complex is groot maar ook zeer ruim opgezet. Hierdoor geeft het toch een rustige atmosfeer. Het restaurant en bistro zijn druk bezet; reserveren is wenselijk. |
