The hotel is located on a wonderful estate and the hotel itself is exquisite. The staff are very very professional and helpful and have made our stay a wonderful experience. We'll definately come visit again! |

Great location. Hotel is situated on a beautiful park with direct access to the Geuldal. The senior apartment was large enough for us and our 4 kids. Staff was friendly, we felt very welcome with our 4 children. We are looking forward to going back. Sometimes long waiting in the bistrot. |

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Our room/apartment was very spacious and the hotel thought of nearly everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The bathroom was fabulous. The only minor point was thre were no coffee satchets or tea bags. hat would have been nice. |

Room in the old chateau was excellent - beams and old furniture, creaky staircases etc. Walks in the nearby forest were good. Train to Maastricht only ten minutes walk away and the free shuttle was great. Very dissapointed with the Bistro - sent our main course back as it was served lukewarm only to get the same plate back still lukewarm ..... they supposedly put the dover sole back in the pan to heat through again the waiter said. We declined to pay for the main course ..... |

The facilities are very good. We found that the breakfast could have been better. For this type you expect more fresh selection e.g. jus, eggs etc |

Uitstekend dineren in restaurant en bistrot. Met name in restaurant topbediening. Kamer was donker en relatief klein. Niet volledig in lijn met verwachting die het kasteel wekt. |

Zeer goede ontvangst. Zonder te vragen upgrade gehad naar een prachtige kamer aan de tuin omdat we de hond bij ons hadden. Op zondag wilden we langer blijven. Dit kon meteen zonder extra te betalen. Zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. Prachtige locatie met schitterende tuin. Je waant je ergens in Zuid-Frankrijk. |

Bijzonder prettig hotel, voorzien van alle comfort. Luxe maar niet te formeel.Er hangt een ontspannen sfeer. Een absolute aanrader voor een romantisch weekendje uit. |

Logeren op een prachtig landgoed met zeer professioneel personneel en een geweldig ontbijt. Verder veel mogelijkheden tot fietsen en wandelen de stad maastricht op een paar km afstand maken het verblijf op chateau St Gerlacht zeer aangenaam. Ontbijt ruimte te druk en te veel lawaai.Kamer gehorig, matrassen niet geweldig. |

Mooie locatie. Prima bediening, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Lekker rustig zwembad. Onduidelijk hoe groot de kamer is die je boekt. |
