The staff was friendly, room was clean, and the large windows made the room feel larger. Only one window in the room and it did not work properly, the bathroom was very dark and small. |

The hotel is an incredible place in the heart of Amsterdam. Absence of a restaurant bring you breakfast room between 7 and 10 AM, which is great. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Each morning with breakfast bring you a note, which says what will the weather today and what will be tomorrow. In the room there was a place for clothes and was clean. Breakfast includes fresh juice, coffee, bread, cheese, butter and jam. At next visit to Amsterdam I'll sleep in this hotel again. The hotel has two parts, which are located in 50 meters of a street. We are registering an address of a hotel was elsewhere. Sorry, no free internet, unlike the majority of the hotel, but could sit on the stairs in the reception and use the internet with my laptop. The room was 51 and every morning from 8 o'clock in the morning just beat us the building, which was accompanied with a loud noise. |

Very well located at the heart of Amsterdam. Close to attractions around. Very small room. Some noise from the street. Narrow stairs. No shampoo in the bathroom. |

The location right on the Dam, walking to Central Station and totally central to everything was the best part. Room 25 was way too small for two tall adults with only 2 large pieces of luggage. Not enough room for us to pass each other on two sides of the bed and around desk. One of us had to climb into the bed every time from the foot. |

The location First of all we placed us in a room, that was not in the same building as the reception. The room was extremely small and smelled badly like someone had been smoking in there a few moments before our arrival, the carpets are dirty and the stairs that lead us to the room are extremely high and narrow Monday morning we woke up at 8. |

Great stuff, excellent location, room cleanliness, great value for money, our room was toward the street and had a very small balcony... No elevator but I don't think that's a big deal... |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Central location in a very touristy area. Not too noisy, if you are on the 4th floor. I'd imagine rooms on the lower floors would get a little more street noise. No elevator and steep stairs! Very basic room, but very clean. Beds very soft, not too great for anyone with back trouble. |

I had a back room that was quiet. Very central location Room was small and stuffy, would be a nightmare in summer. No soap, shampoo etc, steep stairs with no elevator. |

The location is excellent, very easy access to railway main station and other attractive city sighseeing. No lift and stair is tiny. With large luggage guests, it is not suggested to stay in higher floor. |

The hotel is situated in a great location near the square. The idea of 'breakfast in bed' is good however the breakfast was just too basic. The receptionist told me that check out time was 10 am and it wasn't, it was 10.30 am. I think that she ought to provide correct information at the time of checking in. |

Very near to all tourist attraction places such as museums, parks, shopping area. A walking distance from train central station. The room is quite small compare to the cost of Euro 69. |
