Rho is on the edge of Dam Square, half a mile from Amsterdam Central Train Station. It has free Wi-Fi and the lobby is an impressive Art Deco-style former theater.

Fantastic staff thank you!! We arrived other an extra friend and the lady (blonde, I think American) did all she could to accommodate us, they managed I put another bed in the room for us. The hotel is ack bang in the middle of everything. Beds were comfy and duvet was nice and thick
The curtain got stuck and didn't close the whole way
Excellent staff and communication Despite central location, quiet Very comfortable bed Newly decorated and clean Good value for money
TV didn't work and no staff available to fix
Room and bathroom were too small Not worth the money Staff was not helpful with carrying the luggage upstairs Mattress was in very bad condition
I was a little disappointed to find out that there was no shampoo in the bathroom.
it was all good.
price of breakfast expensive,so we did not have it
Location,nice and clean,staff very friendly
Matress in room was too soft and did not help my bad back, could not get connected to the Wifi on floor 1
Location was brilliant, big bed.
Under the bed was disgustingly filthy. Very noisy. Bit off putting seeing vermin traps in the room. I guess you get what you pay for.
Very central location, beds were comfy, staff were friendly and helpful, suppose the only downside was the noise outside but we were in the centre so its to be expected, you can sometimes hear people next door so if you want a quiet stay its probably not for you. Clean bathroom and modern shower. Ideal for young people for a short stay
Lights werent very bright so a little more difficult to get ready, make sure you leave your window open as it can get very warm!
The location, the friendly staff. The good service!
Central location. Friendly staff.
Shower is divided only by the curtain, therefore the toilet is flooded when showering. No soundproofing and banging doors.
スタッフがフレンドリーで親切。女性1人旅でも安全なロケーション。 Very friendly and Kind. Location is very useful and safe even woman stays alone.
外がとてもうるさい。Outside was very noisy.
Good location next to Dam square, supermarket, restaurants, and tram stop a short walk away
Location, right on Dam squere Nice room (twin), clean and affordable
No elevator so ask for the 1-2 floor when you order no air con, but didn't really needed one
location, beds, views from windows
slightly small bathroom - difficult to not get the room soaking wet
4 floor without elevator. the double room is actually a single room with a double bed, it's so small that to people can't put the luggage on the floor in the same time!
Location , staff were lovely , beds very comfy
Our room had a discusting smell as soon as we got there (vomit) and the window leaked through which meant my friends bed was wet ! £600 euros for 3 nights and you don't expect this . Also they add a city tax when you arrive to your bill that I was not told about !!!
The staff was relatively friendly and the location it wasn't bad either (esp. For those who spend their time in the city center, which I personally do not recommand)
The room I was given was absolutly terrible. The door didn't close properly, so I could hear obnoxious Austrialian travellers shouting all night. The sound proof was also in a very bad condition and I could even hear water drops from the room above. It's right at the entrance to the old town, so one should definitely bare in mind that noise in the middle of the night can be expected too.
Implement No smoking ban
Smell of cannabis
It was really a nice experience travelling to Amsterdam, as well as the staying in this hotel.
The beds were super comfortable. This was a great last minute option that came through at a good price. Hostel price but with hotel perks.
Stairs but they weren't that bad and are understandably necessary
It was in a very central location, it was easy to get to the red light district, and it's a 10-15 minute walk from The Anne Frank house.
the room was tiny (as expected) but the worst part was the uncomfortable matress, I could feel the springs... I wouldn't stay there again, i'd have rather payed an extra 10-20 euros a night and gone to a much better hotel.
Great location. Room was very clean, cleaners cleaned it everyday.
Wifi very poor..could not connect from our room.
Very close to all aspects of Amsterdam
Room was very warm and closed in
Here a smokers room IS a smokers room very nice staff small shop for bare necessities
depending on your fitness, the stairs to the top floor are (with luggage) quiet a challenge ;-)
