Ótima localização para explorar a pé a cidade e para quem chega de trem a Amsterdam. O quarto é bem grande e confortável. O banheiro poderia ser melhor. Se não pudesse ser maior, que pelo menos fosse colocado um box fechado para banho que evitasse que o chão ficasse todo molhado. |

O pequeno almoço é servido no quarto, á hora que nos apetece, as pessoas que trabalham no hotel são todas atenciosas. Comparando o preço com a qualidade é sem dúvida o melhor hotel de 2 estrelas que ja ficamos. |

O Hotel é muito bem localizado e os funcionarios do hotel sempre foram disponiveis quando precisei de alguma coisa. Eu acho que as instalções do hotel poderiam ser melhoradas. |

what we liked was the location...50 meters far frm Damn square, and 100 mtrs far frm Red Light District...just perfect our room was at the 3rd flor, the steps can kill you!!!!!I can say that it's a cheap place, don't expect something nice, the room is small, same for the bathroom, the floor has moquette, which was dirty.. |

The reception staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The location was very central in Amsterdam. The room and facilities were very basic but that is what we had expected given the central location but relatively cheap price. |

Excellent location. Right in the city centre. Bed very comfortable. Although hotel is located in a main street my room was very quiet- A bit expensive for the quality of the hotel. Bathroom is very small |

Friendly personnel, and the fun of finding out that despite living and working in Amsterdam they are all from Finland. The room was clean, and getting a (although quite simple) breakfast served in your room is a nice touch. I had to sleep with the window closed because their was a funfair going on at Dam, but that's beyond the hotel's power to prevent. |

Very convenient location to many tourist locations, extremely comfortable beds On a loud street without character (as opposed to hotels along the canals with similar rate structures) |

Not bothered in room by cleaning staff etc Not your fault, but the steep stairs to the 4th floor were a killer to someone not used to mountaineering. |

Central hotel close to all main activities next to Dam sq. Rita on reception was good highlighting areas to visit or not! Clean room and sheets changed daily, secure and ensuite a bonus. Didn't see breakfast so can't comment. Reception manned 24hrs Entrance to our section of hotel not through main reception but down road adjacent to building undergoing renovation. Building work started at adjacent building at 7:00 only got to bed at 4:00! Smells from building work, dredging basement not good and parts of ground floor lobby open to basement of next building... Main concern was smoke alarm was 'bagged' off we sssume to stop false alrms from dust generated from building work or smokers in a none smoking room! |

The reception staff were freindly,and the location of was good. The bedrooms are of a very poor quality,the beds are not good. Acces to the bedrooms are by a very steep stairs. There is not frontage bar the entrance hall(not a lobby),space here is at a premium.Some of the bedrooms are house in another building up the street. |

Great location if you like to be in the center of it all - its just steps from Dam Square. The staff were very very nice! If you like a quite street, this is not your hotel. Our room was quite hot, so if you don't like that you may want to pass on this as well. |

Great location-walking distance to all major attractions in Amsterdam. I have older children, so the marijuana air wasn't something I had to explain, but it might not be a good choice for a family with younger children. The steep stairs are to be expected in Amsterdam, but it makes luggage toting a little difficult. |

Close to the city centre Small staircase. They did not provide a choice of breakfast ie my husband and I would prefer cooked rather than continental. No tea and coffee facility in room. |

The location of this hotel was fabulous. The staff were very friendly and spoke impeccable English. The room was very hot, the window did not open very far, and the one small fan provided didn't make any difference to the stifling heat of the room. However, when we asked around, we were told that the heatwave was extremely unusual for Amsterdam and this is why the hotel was not prepared. |
