Sehr schöne ruhige Lage und geschmackvoll eingerichtet Brasserie Goeie Louisa: Aerger mit der Reservation am zweiten Abend. Die Reservation wurde nicht eigehalten, wir sollten eine weitere Stunde warten. Leider gab es keine Alternative wie Bar oder Lounge zum Warten |

Hilfsbereite, meist freundliche Mitarbeiter, angenehmer Wellnessbereich, Schöne Möglichkeiten draußen zu sitzen, ansprechende, großzügige Anlage, die allerdings gepflegter sein könnte. Das Frühstück für 20€ !!! Die Auswahl war sehr eingeschränkt. Der entkoffeinierte Kaffe war aus Pulver und kalt, Eier, die in einer Warmhalteschale lagen, waren kalt. Ein bestelltes Ei wurde ohne Teller und Löffel serviert, war außen lauwarm innen kalt. Das Rührei schwamm lauwarm in Flüssigkeit. Baguette war nicht richtig aufgebacken und, und, und Urteil: entsprach nicht einmal einem Ibis Frühstück geschweige denn einem fünf Sterne Hotel oder einem mit einemMichelin Stern Restaurant. Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. |

It was a plesant experience and the tour around the grounds, given by the porter (Williem) who gave background history of the hotel was outstanding. Location was near sites of Utrecht. Not for anyone on a small budget. Breakfast was pricy for families. The cleaning staff focused mostly on the bathroom. Newspapers should be complementary. |

It is very conveniently possessed, near to railway station and the historical center. Wi-Fi works. The room cosy from a big bathroom, a bed convenient, the conditioner works. Tea, coffee and minibar in room. For individual travellers a breakfast enough expensive. |

easy parking, gymn, size of the room, brasserie food quality, nice garden my room was like a freezer I had to wear sweaters in July, bad sound protection, the cars going in and out were annoying, the swimming pool was closed during the whole week I stayed there |

It was located in a historical building and was so nice atmosphere. I felt so relaxed and comfortable in the hotel room that I overslept on the next day. It takes only 7 minutes on foot from the central station and a couple of minutes to the city centre. Very convinient! The door in the shower cubicle seems to be not sufficient. After having taken a shower there was flood in the bath room. |

The hotel has everything that you would expect to see at a five star hotel - friendly and helpful staff (not just at the reception and concierge but also in the adjunct restaurant and brasserie), room decorated in a classic style (though not modern or hi-tech apart from the television), wellness facilities, etc. Asked to keep our kids quiet in the swimming pool (but, admittedly, we were making rather a lot of noise for other guests...so, cannot really say we were discontent with that) |
