The hotel has everything that you would expect to see at a five star hotel - friendly and helpful staff (not just at the reception and concierge but also in the adjunct restaurant and brasserie), room decorated in a classic style (though not modern or hi-tech apart from the television), wellness facilities, etc. Asked to keep our kids quiet in the swimming pool (but, admittedly, we were making rather a lot of noise for other guests...so, cannot really say we were discontent with that) |

The brasserie was excellent, the state of the room was impeccable, the lacation is perfect, the staff were fantastic, at breakfast they called my 5 years old little girl a "princess", the city is a dream - it was a perfect vacation and the hotel was the cherry on top! Quite expensive but worth every penny! The bed had a huge ovehanging feature that was very impressive but made me think of how safely it was secured to the wall. |

Het hotel biedt de luxe die het "belooft". Ondanks dat het midden in de stad is, is het rustig. Het spa-gedeelte is klein, maar fijn. In de romeinse vleugel miste ik personeel voor eventuele vragen. De metalen trapjes inhet zwembad en de whirlpool zijn erg ongemakkelijk. |

Buiten de mooie kamer en alle faciliteiten m.n het oog van het personeel voor de details, de puntjes op de i. Schalen met fruit worden continue bijgevuld, de handdoeken idem, kortom veel zorg voor de finesses! |
