さすが5つ星のホテルというだけあって素晴らしいホテルでした。部屋の廊下に自由に食べられるフルーツがあったり、ジムやプールなどがあり宿泊者は自由に使えます。ぜひぜひ。また泊まりたいです。 |

とても快適に過ごせました。ミッフィーまで歩いて15分、街の中心まで歩いて10分ぐらいで、場所的にも文句なしです。また使ってみたいと思います。少し値段は高めですが、価値ありです。 |

陸軍病院だった歴史的な建物を改装したホテル。駅から近く便利。従業員のホスピタリティも良かった。夕食にレストラン（Ｂｒａｓｓｅｒｉｅ）を利用したが、歴史を感じる雰囲気で味も良かった。私が泊まったのは離れ（Ｒｏｍａｎ Ｗｉｎｇ）だが、本館に泊まるには特別に予約が必要。 インターネット（ＡＤＳＬ）は無料だったが最後の日はトラブルで使えなかった。隣の新館を建設中で工事の音がうるさかった。 |

駅から歩いて10分ちょっとでした。車椅子で利用したのですが、表玄関はスロープが折りたたみ式で急なので、少し移動が大変でした。裏玄関は出やすかったですが、駅には遠くなります。駅に行くには、ショッピングセンターを横切った方が明るくて、夜も歩きやすいです。周辺は治安も比較的よいので、女性のみで夜歩いても怖くなかったです。割引料金だったので、1泊2人分で2万円ちょっとで、お得でした。部屋も充分広くて、ベッドもシングル2台の部屋を希望したので、日本人にも居心地がよかったです。（頼まないとダブル1台のホテルが多いみたいなので） また、アメニティも充実していました。 It's about 10 minutes from the station. I'm using wheelchair and it was accessible. It was really reasonable price!! The slope of front side of the hotel was little tight. It was difficult to go up by myself. Though, the hotel staff helped me, it was confortable styaing!! |

さすが、5星だけあってサービス、施設、ロケーションとも100点です。とくにベルボーイの方が非常に親切で、フレンドリーです。部屋の調度品も非常にきれいに纏まっています。 |

The hotel has everything that you would expect to see at a five star hotel - friendly and helpful staff (not just at the reception and concierge but also in the adjunct restaurant and brasserie), room decorated in a classic style (though not modern or hi-tech apart from the television), wellness facilities, etc. Asked to keep our kids quiet in the swimming pool (but, admittedly, we were making rather a lot of noise for other guests...so, cannot really say we were discontent with that) |

The brasserie was excellent, the state of the room was impeccable, the lacation is perfect, the staff were fantastic, at breakfast they called my 5 years old little girl a "princess", the city is a dream - it was a perfect vacation and the hotel was the cherry on top! Quite expensive but worth every penny! The bed had a huge ovehanging feature that was very impressive but made me think of how safely it was secured to the wall. |
