A localização é excelente perto dos pontos turísticos. O quarto é espaçoso.O restaurante pricipal é muito bom. Nos corredores tem lindos tapetes mas nos quartos , restaurante e hall de entrada o assoalho está muito mal conservado.Escolhemos o hotel devido a propaganda do welness club, mas foi dificil achá-lo (muito longe dos quartos) e não havia funcionários para dar informações. Quanto ao breakfast foi muito ruium . A funcionária falou que não havia mais pratos limpos, frutas devido ao pessoal de um meeting que estava acontecendo . |

It was a plesant experience and the tour around the grounds, given by the porter (Williem) who gave background history of the hotel was outstanding. Location was near sites of Utrecht. Not for anyone on a small budget. Breakfast was pricy for families. The cleaning staff focused mostly on the bathroom. Newspapers should be complementary. |

Lovely hotel. We were very satisfied. We overslept and missed one breakfast, but we can hardly blame that on the hotel :) |

It is very conveniently possessed, near to railway station and the historical center. Wi-Fi works. The room cosy from a big bathroom, a bed convenient, the conditioner works. Tea, coffee and minibar in room. For individual travellers a breakfast enough expensive. |

The room was large and comfortable' very clean and quiet we enjou the souna and the swiming pool Breakfast was not rich enoug for the price of 20 Euro |

easy parking, gymn, size of the room, brasserie food quality, nice garden my room was like a freezer I had to wear sweaters in July, bad sound protection, the cars going in and out were annoying, the swimming pool was closed during the whole week I stayed there |

It was located in a historical building and was so nice atmosphere. I felt so relaxed and comfortable in the hotel room that I overslept on the next day. It takes only 7 minutes on foot from the central station and a couple of minutes to the city centre. Very convinient! The door in the shower cubicle seems to be not sufficient. After having taken a shower there was flood in the bath room. |

The hotel has everything that you would expect to see at a five star hotel - friendly and helpful staff (not just at the reception and concierge but also in the adjunct restaurant and brasserie), room decorated in a classic style (though not modern or hi-tech apart from the television), wellness facilities, etc. Asked to keep our kids quiet in the swimming pool (but, admittedly, we were making rather a lot of noise for other guests...so, cannot really say we were discontent with that) |
