They were very friendly and accommodating when my colleague and I asked for an upgrade - and just as helpful when I decided that I really did not like the bed in the upgraded room and wished to go back to my originalsmaller room and firmer bed The soft bed in the more expensive room |

Central loaction, yet quiet. Why do the Ducth hotels call them double rooms when they insist on putting two beds together and two seperate mattresses. This is not a double room. I like to sleep iwth my partner without a gapo down the middle. This hotel has the same issue.......... |

A beautiful history-laden but small and personable hotel, good service, computer available to be ised by guests, excellent breakfast The reverse side of the coin being a historic hotel is that it is in the center of the old city of Deventer and car access is not too easy. However there is a secure town parking 3 minutes from the hotel and fast unloading/loading of the car on arrival/departure was actually possible at the entrance to the hotel |

Very comfortable bed and good breakfast. Room was a bit stuffy - no airconditioning. Personally I would rather trade off some of that "olde worlde charm" for slightly newer ameneties and furnishings. For business travel, relatively expensive compared to some of the more modern chain hotels. |

Ligt midden in het centrum. Mooie monumentale trapomgeving. Service kan beter. Geen parkeergelegenheid bij hotel maar op enkele honderden meters (betaald). Is niet van tevoren aangegeven. Ietwat gedateerde uitstraling van de kamer. |

Mooi oud gerenoveerd pand op een rustige plek net buiten het centrum van Zutphen. Op loopafstand van het station. Ondanks onderstaande punten toch wel tevreden. Kamer was aan enige renovatie toe. Thermostaatknop van de douche was deels kapot; enkele lampen in de hanglamp deden het niet; muren waren op een paar plekken beschadigd; overgordijn hing deels los waardoor niet helemaal goed te sluiten. |

El hotel está muy centrico en el casco viejo de Deventer El baño es un poco basico, aunque por un hotel de 3* está bien. El hotel está en una zona peatonal, por lo cual no se puede aparcar a lado del hotel |

Het hotel is sfeervol, intiem. Het hotelpersoneel is beleefd en voorkomend. Het ontbijtbuffet is goed. De bedden zijn slecht bevallen. |

De kamer was schoon. We hadden het gevoel onder de grond te worden vergestopt met onze kamer. Een fatsoenlijk gesprek bij de receptie was hier niet over te voeren omdat het hotel vol zat en we al een upgrade hadden gehad. Dan zijn we benieuwd hoe de andere kamers zijn. De televisie is te klein om vanuit bed de ondertitelling te lezen. Het leek meer op een laptop aan de muur. |

Het Sandton Gilde Hotel zit in een prachtig gebouw met mooie oorspronkelijke elementen. Het ligt heel gunstig in de fraaie binnenstad van Deventer. En het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk. |
