The central location in the city is excellent many facilities such as restaurants and bookshops are within walking distance.

Very quiet. Helpful reception staff, quick to provide the two items of information requested. Historic building, with some original features retained so that it was visually characterful, while modern additions to the decor were tasteful. Very pleasant breakfast room. Central location in the old centre of Deventer.

I only stayed for one night on a business trip, all in all pleased with my stay. The hotel is in a nicely restored historical building, the room was just fine, with a large bathroom, very clean. The location is ideal at a stone's throw from the very heart of the old city.

The rooms looked great; modern, bit stylish and clean. Breakfast was good. And I especially liked the service of the hotel staff. We checked in after midnight and this was no problem. There was a very friendly and efficient night porter to let us in and even show us to our room.

We had a lovely comfortable sunny room with a small balcony overlooking the back garden. The room was also very quiet. The breakfast was very nice. The hotel is very close to lovely shops with a short walk to the main town square. The town was reasonably quiet during our stay ( Monday and Tuesday nights) and many of the shops do not open on Monday.The town is a lovely town for just wandering around and relaxing with many nice parks and the river front.

We arrived at the hotel at lunch time and they insisted that our room was not available until there check in time of 3pm. Fortunately it was a lovely day for a walk around the town but it would have been more difficult if it was raining as there was not much shelter and many of the shops were closed on a Monday. The wait for our room was worth it as it turned out to be a lovel room.

The friendliness of the staff and the willing to please was second to none. We arrived after 10pm and the lady on reception was very accomodating with excellent communication skills and she even served us drinks in the bar, nothing was too much trouble. Magnificent decour aswell inside. Our room key did not work the front door when we came in quite late one night but the night porter came straight away and got us both into the hotel and our room.

Neat decor!

1) Kwaliteit van de broodjes bij het ontbijt op zondagmorgen was zeer matig... 2) Er wordt eigenlijk géén gebruik gemaakt van een best wel mooie bar. Dus lekker wandelen en daarna een glaasje in de bar gaat niet. Het glaasje is er wel omdat de dame van de receptie dat perfect regeld. Maar gezellig even met vrienden napraten moet je echt ergens anders doen.

Een prima hotel, goede / vriendelijke ontvangst. Rustig, ondanks dat het in een winkelstraat ligt. Leuke lokatie

Wij komen uit Limburg en ivm een feest van een oud collega moesten wij de nacht in Deventer doorbrengen.Lokatie was voor ons perfect.De kamer groot, de douche erg leuk gemaakt,in het torentje.Hebben er alleen geslapen en ontbeten.Verdere culinaire hoogstandjes niet kunnen ervaren.Het ontbijt mag wat luxer en persoonlijker. Een eigen kannetje koffie doet wonderen.Nooit geweten dat Deventer zo;n leuk stadje is.Het is ons goed bevallen, Yvon Odekerken
