Staff is not concerned about the guest at all!! Very, very poor service, they simply couldn't care less! I've never experienced anything like this. Not only wouldn't I recommand this hotel, I would highly advise everybody not to visit this hotel. |

Wonderful hotel in converted church - ask for room 36 (I think) - or at least one upstairs, you can sleep under the old capilla. Quite lovely and good location on quiet street If you do stay on top floor, there is no elevator from second to third floor, accessed by narrow, spiral staircase, could be quite treacherous if hauling big heavy bags. I just parked on street overnight and fed meter to cover until checkout at 10am |

Prettig ontvangst, ruime kamer . Verrassend interieur, mooi oud gebouw lekker bed. Prettige sfeer. TV deed het erg slecht en het tochtte wat op de kamers. het waaide behoorlijken dat voelde je door het raam heen. We miste een prullenbak op de kamer zelf. |

We hadden de torenkamer geboekt en dat is gelijk ook de mooiste kamer. Dat is een bijzondere kamer, die bepaald geen "standaard" hotelkamer is. Het hotel is zeer centraal gelegen. Het hotel is (overwegend) sfeervol. Het inchecken duurde erg lang, zeker 20 minuten. Er was maar 1 personeelslid aanwezig. De entree steekt wel heel erg af (= heel erg lelijk!!) bij de prachtige hal als je binnenkomt. |

Ik vond het gebouw werkelijk schitterend, alle authentieke details zijn bewaard gebleven. Monumentaal!! Ik vond de prijs behoorlijk hoog en de prijs voor het ontbijt té hoog.Prijs zou minstens inclusief ontbijt moeten zijn. |

De ligging van het hotel was goed. De bedden waren slecht. 2 smalle eenpersoonsbedden tegen elkaar aan, de bedden schoven heel snel uit elkaar. Zachte matrassen, als je op het randje lag rolde je zo je bed uit. Kamer was klein en gedateerd. |

prachtig gebouw, vriendelijk personeel, midden in het centrum van Deventer laatste stuk moest met de trap omdat de lift niet tot de bovenste etage ging. Parkeren kon niet voor de deur maar moest in parkeergarage op 5 min. lopen. |

Das Zimmer, die Lage, Garage in der Nähe, Preis Leistung, Frühstück. In meinem Zimmer (89,--) muss ein gut funktionierender Föhn drin sein. Es macht keinen Sinn aus dem 3. Stock einen an der Rezeption abzuholen, der dann nicht richtig funktioniert. |

Prima hotel. Goed personeel. Goed ontbijt. Leuk zo'n oud ziekenhuis. Ideale ligging, midden in de stad Kleine kamer, veel kleiner dan de foto op internet doet vermoeden. Binnentuin doet idillisch aan, maar is een klankkast. ''snachts hoor je alles letterlijk. Nu niet zo'n probleem, maar zomers met terras buiten zal je veel geluidsoverlast hebben. |

Locatie midden in de stad, mooi klassiek pand. Fijne badkamer. Parkeren werd aangeraden in nabij gelegen parkeergarage waar de hele nacht betaald moest worden, terwijl 's nachts gratis geparkeerd kon worden buiten de garage. Het zou goed zijn als ik de keus had gehad of als hotel speciaal tarief kan aanbieden. Kamer aan de straat was wel wat gehorig. |

Prachtig hotel. De charme kamer is blijkbaar recent gerenoveerd. Erg mooi. De locatie is super. Het poppodium Burgerweeshuis is om de hoek. |
