Overview |
Our hotel is situated in a recently renovated, beautiful farmhouse situated at the old harbour of Workum. Workum is a very old city, with a lot of leisure and entertainment facilities. The hotel is situated near the city centre and near the IJsselmeer beach / quay. It is possible to rent a boat with us, for a whole day, an afternoon or a whole week.

Hotel information
Situated at a short distance from the IJsselmeer Lake, your stay in our farmhouse offers many possibilities, such as a week of complete relaxation, a cultural weekend, or an active cycling, hiking, sailing, surfing or motorboat vacation.
In the kitchen breakfast is served and small bites are possible on request. You can enjoy a refreshing drink in the cosy café corner, the Syls-Inn, situated directly at the harbour.
The Yachtcharter Company and the hotel are situated in a renovated, characteristic farmhouse in the old part of the Frisian city of Workum.
Please be aware that the entire hotel has a non-smoking policy!
Important information
The introduction evening of the International Shanty Festival will be on the 17th of October 2009. For this reason it can be a bit noisier in the hotel than usual.
Please note:
- only payments in cash are accepted;
- please inform the hotel about your estimated time of arrival, if you arrive after 18:00.
