Location is perfect

I,ve been already twice in amsterdam, and this is my first time that i've been really happy with my hotel, small rooms , but very clean und downstairs a lovely bar and smooking bar open till late, and than the price was really good, I will suggest to everyone how want to spend less and have a lot of fun

Great location, helpful staff and a nice downstairs pub (open 24hrs but no alcohol after 3am, I think were the rules). Can't say I enjoyed having a shower there, but the facilities were ok and exceeded my expectations (which were low, admittedly). I expect to visit a'dam again sometime and, if the rate was still good, would definitely consider this hostel again!

The lockers were a floor up, so I didn't bother using mine much. Also, I had a late flight on check-out day and admit to being slightly anxious about whether my luggage was going to be where I left it earlier that morning -- it was, so no real problem, but it would have been nice to have been able to use the locker past check-out.

Bad customer service. Crowded. Wrong booking. Poor Room and Bed

The staff was professional and diligent in providing safety and comfort in this interesting location. the location is a funky, earthy, fun representation of the the diversity of the area. I think I would stay there again because it is close to the active nightlife and has a staff that is concerned with the welfare of their guests.

Do not expect elegance and you ill be happy!

Le personnel de service tres désagréable et même agressif avec les clients, du jamais vu pour ma part dans un établissement hôtelier

Posizione,facilità di raggiungimento,buono il pub all'ingresso.

Stanza piccola per 5 ma almeno il riscaldamento lo facevamo noi.

La possibilità di poter fumare legalmente sia sigarette che altro all'interno dell'edificio, la disponibilità e la cortesia del personale e nessun fastidio anche se si parla con tono di voce alto ad orari più notturni. La caratteristica migliore riguarda la posizione: si trova su una delle vie principali del quartiere a luci rosse, denso di coffe shop e negozi di souvenir, insieme alle vetrine e ai punti di ristoro, tra l'altro tutti carissimi.

Pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. La stana da 4 era piccolissima con lo spazio appena per camminare; nessun armadio, nessuno scompartimento, cassetta di sicureza, comodità ecc...Solo una stanza quadrata con I letti messi lì strettissimi, una finestrella di 1 metro, un termosifone arrugginito, un lavandino di 30 centimetri situato in un bagno di appea 3mq. Era, insomma, una stanza singola adattata per 4, secondo me. Inoltre I servizi offerti quali intrattenimento o bevande e cibi sono costosissimi, come tutto il resto della città. Se la vostra vacanza è ideata per stare comodi, tranquilli e avere I confort di casa, scordatevi questo hotel...se invece siete dei ragazzi che per ovvi motivi vogliono passare un weekend ad Amsterdam per provare nuove esperienze, con un po di sacrificio non è del tutto male.
