Only stayed the one night but is second visit and I will return again soon

the smoking area outside was nice.

location is too far from the city. the only solution is to walk 5 min to get in the tram, that would take 9 stops before arriving to the center. didn't like the bathroom, is it had a glass door and a wide window to the room, which was strange if youre not a couple.

Very new hotel,nice stylish modern design. Good value for money.

slightly further out if you want to be absolutely in the city centre. However, the tram and train are still quite convenient.

It is a beautiful hotel. The entire staff, from front desk to maid, was polite and pleasant. The front desk staff helped us with parking while we had a rental car and instructions taking the tram after the car had been returned. My taxi was waiting for me 5 minutes before my requested time. The breakfast was delightful. The fitness facilities were clean and well-maintained - the entire property was clean and well-maintained.

Our stay really was delightful. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Fantastic helpful professional staff. Jeffrey in the bar is a particular gem. We stayed here with friends and loved it great cocktails in the skky bar try the pornstar martini. Only 15 mins or so on the tram to the centre

The road at the front of the hotel is currently being resurfaced so taxis were dropping you off all over but that's nothing to do with the hotel at all which I found faultless

Beautiful room (331), we have been checked in early, instead of 15.00 our room was ready by 10.30 Nick from the reception was such a help and very attentive, as was my birthday I have received a voucher for the bar for 2 cocktails and also on my check out a birthday card from the team and also a bottle of wine :).Room was very pleasant, quiet and overall very happy with it. A short ride to the centre by tram nr 1 which is on the same road with the hotel

Everything was perfect

I loved the Accommodation and the room was extremely spacious with excellent facilities.

The spa is not as good as advertised. Customers of the hotel are charged to use the sauna facilities. The price of food in the bar was expensive compared to other restaurants in the city. The price of breakfast was €17 which I thought was quite expensive. The hairdryer in the room was very poor.

Overall stay was ok, we get good facilities for a reasanable cost if you consider quite big prices in Amsterdam. Nice and quiet location, spa facilities, comfortable bed.

We had a few problems with the front desk staff. On the check in they reserve cost for the entire stay plus 100euro on your credit card for each room. Then we have to wait for our rooms for some time while we arrived later. Next day we booked trip to Kukenhof with the hotel, and they promice us 2 euro discount. Then it appears that we should pay some money in hotel and some money at tourist center. And we never get the discount till we start investigate and spent 20 minetes at front desk trying to calculate simple thing like 40-6=33? When we were checking out we would like to close the bill one day in advance and once again we spent half an our to get to the point. The hotel itself have different prices for every day which makes total calculation a bit difficult. And at the end when we were leaving they ask for money again! The tram station is a few minutes walk from the hotel.

The room and hotel.

A pleasant stay turned sour on check out when I left at 645am to catch a flight. I had mistakenly prepaid for breakfast on this morning via booking.com and asked the reception for a credit against my bill as they could not offer breakfast at this hour. Only from 7 am. They flatly refused and after a heated exchange I left paying 20 euros for a service I did not receive. Not very good for an upmarket professional hotel.

We were in room 8.19 which is two floors below the Skybar and we were kept awake until after 1am with loud music. We complained and were moved to a quieter room.

Very clean hotel with good service from the staff. Breakfast was great. Enjoyed the saunas. Liked it so much I almost forgot to check out. Good deal.

A quarter mile hike to the nearest tram station. Use the Surinamenplein tram stop rather than the one listed on the hotel website. Sauna useage should be included with room. Breakfast was expensive although it was excellent.

Excellent value for money. Very good public transport links. Loved swimming pool and spa. Had a nice atmosphere not so impersonal as in most very modern hotels. Memorable family meal from fixed menu in hotel restaurant.

Nothing really. Small point on poor directions on hotel web site to Amsterdam Lelyaan station: very easy to walk there rather than take tram one stop. The hotel is very easily accessible by train from Schipol but seems to underplay this.

Some of the staff have a serious attitude issues. Explaining to a member of staff that a couch is not classified as a bed, was the most exhausting thing to accomplish.

Excellent hotel allround, but ..

Key Card system. Required 4 times to get to your room. Too often card stops working at some point and then you have to go back to reception. Very anoying.

Brilliant staff, nice and comfortable room,really nice food in the restaurant and good selection for breakfast. A bit of a wait for the cocktails in the sky bar but worthed waiting for absolutely gorgeous. Very close to tram stop ( about four minutes walk 1-17 gets u to centre) , and train station to airport only 10 mins away. Just loved it!

We have been in this hotel second time. Tasty breakfests, Localization near train station Amsterdam Lelylaan, Comfortable bed (except pillows)

The electric kettle was leaking and it was located in a drawer. The roomkeeping was not satisfying: the room was not cleaned enough,during our three-day stay there were no additional tea bags and soap/shampoo.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The layout of the bedrooms are chic and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would come back and stay again and reccomend to others.

Beautiful hotel. Just about everything was perfect. Room was lovely, breakfast was delicious, the swimming pool was nice & relaxing, the Sky Bar on the 10th floor was very nice w/ the view of the area, and just a short walk to the tram/train to explore the city.

The wellness/pool staff should be more 'customer service' friendly when it comes to guest checking out the pool w/ clothes on. I understand you have to be in a bathing suit only inside the pool area/room but guest like to check/scope out all the accessible rooms before even considering on using them. Saw the staff down there speaking to guest way too harsh. There are other ways to approach a guest and informing them they need to be in their bathing suits past the door that leads into the pool.
