Nice room; fast internet connection; interesting and modern minibar Rude and untrained hotel staff (besides, their English was generally very poor); no safe in the room (however, it was listed in the welcome package); the fitness club is managed by a 3-rd party and they did not permit to enter to the gym in sport slippers; too much chlorine in the pool; the reception did not accept any complaints about the fitness club |

Good reception staff, nice hotel. Breakfast staff very rude. Tv didn't work properly for 24h. Poor WiFi reception in our room. Very steep stairs to access the hotel. |

Very modern since almost new. If trying to join the city center by public transport, there is a small walk (max. 500m). Coud be a bit scary late in the night. |

I stay in this hotel every week for several nights for work purposes. It is a nice hotel and a decent place to stay - a bit far from the city center though. Free wireless, swimming pool and fitness area. Hotel personel is very friendly. |

We enjoyed the modern and refined room and the excellent room cleaning service. The bar tenders are very friendly and helpful. Construction, minibar problems, sauna entrance issues and being trapped in an elevator for an hour. The shower rooms need some attention as well. This hotel will eventually be fine tuned but for now it has problems that are understandable.... It was too soon to open it; stop rushing. In regard to the next question, it no until you fully complete and refine the facility; afterwards i'm sure it will be great and I will reserve another time. |

Address is not on map or in gps. Took 2 1/2 hours of my time to find it once I was in Amsterdam. Not acceptable! Checkin and parking are ridiculous. You either have to illegally park in front of the hotel or carry your bags up 3 flights of stairs outside (the intercom does not allow people to come in below and use the elevator). |

Upon arrival on the 24th September 2009 we were pushing the buzzer so that we could enter the hotel and the intercom on the entrance was not working outside where your parking entrance is located.. It was at this point that I realised I would not be able to communicate with a member of the hotel to gain access because the intercom was not working and would need to climb a riduculous number of steps holding 60kg weight of luggage which I would not expect from any hotel. As we had not checked in at this time we had to climb what we feel was a very steep dangerous number of steps considering the 60kg weight 9hr travel we had just endured this was not a good start to be arriving at a 4 star hotel and the entrance and intercom is not working. The hotel is very modern and stylish. I liked that a lot. The swimming-pool was cold, and the sauna and steam-bath nice options included. All completely new. The restaurant was extremely slow. I have never seen so slow service. We waited more than one hour to get the starter. And we asked several times to get more drinks. The starter was good, but the main course was not. The meat was not good. The hotel is placed right on the highway so there is some noise. Parking is paid for. Either outside or inside. |

nice big pool area and stylish rooms with comfortable beds. the restaurant serves lovely food if you are willing to wait a good while to get served and ask for everything at least twice. Fabulous Skyy bar on the 10th floor overlooking the city. staff seemed very unmotivated, not well trained or knowledgable. the address given online cannot be found on sat nav and it's quite far out the centre. Wifi didn't work in the rooms. |

Swimming pool, topfloor bar, design, very convenient to get to airport from nearby train station, room standard. The area around the hotel is still a working site. No minibar yet. There was a long queue to checking out,so they probably need to hire more reception staff. |

The hotel was clean and new, food was good. It was nice to have internet access. Pool and spa facilities were very nice. The Skyy Bar is awesome and the view is wonderful. Some live entertainment would be nice. The food was nice but very expensive, not value for money. The internet access was good, but none on the third floor for the whole duration of my stay. The interactive tv services were poor with not much to chose from making staying in very boring. Besides this |

The positioning of the hotel is fair from the Amsterdam Centre, only 20 minutes by tram. Is very close to Schipol Airport. Hotel is new and everything is clean. The area is in construction still, but it will be a great location once it will finish |

The room was very very nice, the bathroom was lovely. The restaurant was expensive but worth every penny, main courses are between £22 & £35 but the food is of a very high standard. The Skyy bar on the 10th floor in superb but again very expensive 10euros a cocktail. £25 Euros for a days parking is far too expensive. There is building work going on still so you have to walk on the busy road to get to the tram stop for Amstrdam center. |

The location was fantastic and the rooms were excellent value. The design of the bathroom has inspired me to do the same in my home. We arrived late at night and there was several othe people and checkin was so slow it took 30 minutes. |

Really nice hotel. Very convenient. Train from airport stopped at Lelylaan which was only 900m away (10min walk). If you're coming from / going to airport it really is MADNESS to pay €40 for a taxi! And if you don't want to walk the 900m you could jump on the tram and get off at the next stop. The tram stops (Surinameplein or Cornelis Lelylaan) were both 550m away, so only a 5 min walk. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were nicely decorated. One woman at reception was very rude. We asked to buy travel passes, she took them out and then instead of just taking our money and giving us the passes she had a 5min conversation with someone else right in front of us! Also staff didn't tell us about the discount vouchers for many museums / attractions which were available in the lobby. This would have been handy because we didn't notice them until the final day! |

Close to tram stop (5-min walk). Modern hotel. Bathroom design (water everywhere after shower). Sauna not included in room price and managed by a third party (it was closed at 5:30 p.m...) |

I like the whole concept of the modern decoration, the pool it it nice and cozy, the rooms are large and very comfortable and it also has a good energy feeling to it. The reception girl when i came in was not professional, she was a little rude when communicating with me. There needs to be a separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, it turns it a pool almost spilling into the hall way. |
