Helpful staff. Ability to buy tickets from hotel reception. Very clean. Very modern/comfortable. Reasonably priced evening meals. Interesting decor/furniture. Inclusive wifi.

Not much else nearby. Breakfast add-on is oddly expensive (more than some evening meals).

No many food choices , no extra electricity power points for mobile phone or computer rechargeable .

Excellent decor, facilities. The restaurant provided exquisite gourmet dishes! The staff stored our luggage for 3 days because we travelled to Belgium; this was of great help. The $59/person promotion (2 breakfast, 1 dinner, 1 drink at Skyy Bar) was great value

bad location. Need to walk at least 15 - 20 minutes to nearest tram station. No free wi-fi! which should be a standard feature.

A tinted or opaque shower room glass door and window would be appreciated for privacy.

Facilities were excellent in the hotel - room was good. There was this 1 Lebanese receptionist woman who was very rude to us and of no help - try and avoid her and you'll be fine.

Location is poor and not central - to go to the main station it is a painful walk to the tram stop which gets a bit shady late night as well. Spa massages were poor. The room AC did not work but we were given a fan instead.

The hotel was accessed via a very steep dangerous stairway. Customer Service was poor. When we arrived we ordered room service and after 1.5 hours and two phone calls we had to cancel as it was taking so long. We got no reduction in our bill for this inconvenience. We ordered drinks at the bar and were given the most expensive Grey Goose vodka (we did not specify a type of vodka for our drinks) which was €9.00 per serving. When we were checking out we were not shown the bill until after it was charged to the credit card - even though we asked to see it. The bill had an extra €34 on it for breakfast. When we questioned the attendant we were told we had breakfast on two days, which we did not. She checked her system and said we had breakfast on the day we checked in (at 4pm) which we obviously did not. She did not seem to believe us and did not apologise but did credit the credit card with the over-charged amount. She would not give me a copy of this receipt or an updated receipt with the new amount. This is a lovely hotel and the staff are not rude but the customer service is terrible. I would not go back or recommend it.

- modern, design hotel with beautiful rooms and a very good skybar - hotel is located near the P+R where you can park your car safely during your stay for 8 EUR/day (if you use public transport) - hotel is located near a tram platform. Tram 2 brings you in 10-15 min in the city centre

- rooms were not dirty but not super clean - stairs to enter the building from the P+R is annoying with luggage

Clean and stylist room. Within the suitable walking distance to the Amsterdam Lelylaan Train / Metro station which is very close to the Schiphol Airport.

However, the Hotel is on the middle of two tram station thus need to walk a distance to back. It's good for the couple that the bathroom is all glass and mirror however we aren't! That's no privacy at room. Also, it have a distance to the City Centre.

The staff were very willing and friendly to accommodate you. The rooms were spacious and very clean

the smoking area outside was nice.

location is too far from the city. the only solution is to walk 5 min to get in the tram, that would take 9 stops before arriving to the center. didn't like the bathroom, is it had a glass door and a wide window to the room, which was strange if youre not a couple.

Very new hotel,nice stylish modern design. Good value for money.

slightly further out if you want to be absolutely in the city centre. However, the tram and train are still quite convenient.

It is a beautiful hotel. The entire staff, from front desk to maid, was polite and pleasant. The front desk staff helped us with parking while we had a rental car and instructions taking the tram after the car had been returned. My taxi was waiting for me 5 minutes before my requested time. The breakfast was delightful. The fitness facilities were clean and well-maintained - the entire property was clean and well-maintained.

Our stay really was delightful. I wish I could have stayed longer.
