a little far away from the city. it takes more than 10 minutes by tram.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, happy to assist with recommendations, directions, make bookings and print discount tickets for us. Very pleasant place to stay. Lovely breakfast and restaurant.

It was very comfortable. Nice Bar and Sky Bar. Nice pool.

Having to pay extra for using the sauna which I found to be a little unprofessional for a 4 star hotel. Its not exactly cheap to stay there. I also think 18 euro is a bit much for breakfast. Apart from the above the stay was good. Its a nice hotel.

We were impressed by the friendliness and overall appearance of the staff. After a long journey they were most kind. The room was very nice, well proportioned and perfectly clean. A very comfy bed.

My only gripe is the cost of the breakfast. at 18 euros I feel just too expensive for people on a budget. Can get the same in a local cafe for 4.95!

The room was amazingly large for a triple room. It was the size of 2 typical rooms or more. We enjoyed the space and decorating. The on-site parking was a plus, with the tram conveniently located.

The shower had glass doors, no privacy.

It is a very nice hotel and the most important was that you feel very welcome!!! The restaurant is very good and breakfast is amazing! I have to be in Amsterdam every week and I come back!

The staff were extremely polite and professional upon arrival and remained so throughout my stay. The skyy bar was excellent analthough perhaps slightly overpriced, offered a wonderful ambience and atmosphere. The 'well being' fitness centre was fantastic, along with the ground floor bar area also.

I felt that the sauna should have been free of charge for hotel guests in the 'well being' fitness centre as I had to pay a 10 Euro fee. I also became annoyed after numerous trips to the tram station how I had to walk along the actual tram line due to work being carried out on a large strip of the pavement. Whilst this is no fault of the hotels, it did slightly effect what was an almost perfect stay.

Nice and spacious rooms, staff was friendly and the free wifi was actually working.

Location could be better, breakfast is rather pricy, but they did offer a discount for this.

we liked everything.. the cleaniness of the hotel was excellent. the staff were helpfull, always at hand to help, very quick to meet our needs, our daily questions about public transport, and eating places were excellent.

upon our arrival all was well and fine until the receptionist asked for payment of city tax, we informed them and showed a break down receipt of our payments, yet the hotel staff were adament that we should pay even thoe it clearly stated that we had payed, after about a 20 minute discusion and some verbal abuse from your receptionist in her own language which was not necessary. we felt that it was a bad start to our weekend, but the receptionist assured us that we would hear no more of it but as we checked out we had the same scenario and your male receptionist demanded payment once again. he didnt even look at our confirmation, and he did not appologise for his arragont and bad attitude towards us after he seen it was paid he just said "well if you dont want to pay then i cant make you" we had a bad start and a sour ending.

The staff vere very frioendly and helpful. Really nice large quiet room with king size bed as requested Great location nice quiet neighbourhood. Has got good restaurant and bar.Very happy we made the booking with you. Best hotel I have stayed at on this trip..
