The room, the design and interior is is excellent. Also the new the fitness area is nice. What I did not like was the attitude of front desk personal, they refused to check me in if I did not pay the total bill in advance, this because of MasterCard authorization issues. Being a business traveler that's unusual, so I did pay the room day by day. Also the new swimming pool was out of order for several days. |

Renovated hotel I got a room for disabled persons with an open shower. When I took a shower the entire bathroom would be wet, there was no shower curtain or whatsover. Room was poorly cleaned. The hotel is quite boring. |

I was attracted by location, price and description of facilities, unfortunately description did not meet expectations Hotel is new and unfortunately Internet connection did not work, instructions were also unclear, night staff did not know about prepaid voucher procedure. Shower power was poor. |

zeer slechte tv!!! Hotel weet wat er mis is.... Helehotel heeft vele negatieve dingen, ze proberen its na te streven maar het lukt niet echt, er ontbreekt aan allerlei kleine dingen, waardoor mijn overall ervaring (na 2e bezoek) nog steeds niet goed is..... zelf een personeelslid heeft mij verteld dat het er regent van de klachten..... dat zegt dus genoeg........ |
