Not really a dislike but the water management in the bathroom was very complicated.

The testaurant on side was very nice! We also liked the breakfast.

The room design. We had a designer bathroom wirh a great big bath in the middle of it. We could only shower in the bath, that had to be completely wrapped in a shower curtain. At that point you couldn't operate the tap any more. What's wrong with a simple functioning shower???

The beds and the pillows were terrible - I woke with the most dreadful backache and we had booked a double and had 2 single beds!

Extremely comfortable bed with plenty of room and luxurious bathroom. We enjoyed the friendly staff and only 5 mins from nearest town. Breakfast was lovely with bacon eggs breads cheeses hams croissants juice etc and our stay was enjoyable we spent 11 nights and would stay again.

Parking for hotel guests should be closer to the entrance and diners further away. Also smokers should not stand in front of main entrance for the health and comfort of all guests.

The hotel including the rooms have a luxurious look to them. One of the better hotels in the Eindhoven region, which are in general all overpriced....

At arrival our toilet was not spotlessly clean, while I do expect this from a 4* hotel. And although a class wall between bathroom and bed looks nice, it is not very practical, requiring annoying shower curtains to protect the class. Moreover, our bathroom was not in full working order. Shower water did not flush away well, leaving as standing in a pool of water and also the holder for the hand-shower was broken. All minor things but added together they do influence your overall feel of your stay negatively.

The rooms were very spacious and clean with a lovely view of the woods. Its close location to the a2 motorway was great for driving and no road noise was evident. Very good value for our group of 18 with good breakfast.

The leisure centre was only one small room and the swimming pool was small.

Bathroom was a challenge in many ways, lighting was poor, I reported a missing light bulb and it was not repaired during the day

Hotel and room facilities were very good. Food and staff excellent. Used for a visit to the 'Floriade' in Venlo which is only 30 minutes away. Astonishing value.

Convenience and quality

Everything worked well and staff were obliging.

Just a nice hotel....clean, well laid out, modern and very comfortable. A bit on the pricey side but worth it.

The rooms on the front of the hotel face the autoroute....better to ask for a room at the back. There is a strong smell of chlorine from the pool in the hallway but not in the room.

Tutto eccellente. Camere confortevoli. Ristorante ottimo.

Ontvangst receptie

Gang naar je hotel kamer ruik je het zwembad. Heb me gewoon geschaamd in de ontbijt zaal. Aankomend op de zaterdag morgen waren alle tafels bedekt met vuilen borden en kopjes. hebben zelf de tafel moet opruimen. Bij vragen was het antwoordt hebben geen personeel. Op de uitgestalde tafels waar jehet ontbijt moet halen nog nooit zoiets gezien. alles plakte en was leeg. Bij Mac Donalds is het schoner. Wanneer het personeel de tafels afdoen gooien ze alles op de grond van de tafels. Wanneer wij er iets van zeiden ze ach dat moeten we toch straks zelf opruimen!! ZZe lopen met een bord en kopje bij opruimen. neem een blad en zet het erop. Zonde van uw ligging van het hotel maar ons ziet u echt nooit meer.

Zum Teil sehr abgewohnte Einrichtung im ganzen Haus! Man will ein wenig auf Luxus machen aber bis dahin müsste man noch einiges wieder herrichten! Der Hammer war der von Vögeln vollgeschissene Balkon!
