The room was comfortable, also the bathroom was big enough! The hotelstaff was friendly The breakfast was very poor. We arrived at 10 o clock, and breakfast was served until 10.30, almost everything was empty, fruitsalad, cheese, meat,... this was not what we expected in a 4 star hotel. |

verzorgde kamer ; goede bedden ontbijt was slordig en service matig ; bij voortduring was heteen en ander weer op en werd slechts op verzoek aangevuld.Het rekenen van 5 euro inhet weekend voor een lege parkeerplaats deed weinig gastvrij aan. |

Waanzinnig mooie kamer, veel luxe voor weinig geld. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, zeer behulpzaam. Grote klasse! Slechts twee kleine minpuntjes, spoelknop van toilet bleef soms hangen en bij de buren ook. Buren waren niet alert genoeg hier iets aan te (laten) doen en dus de hele nacht geluidsoverlast van stromend water. Beetje goedkoop vleesbeleg bij ontbijt. |

Kamer goed in orde. Ontbijt zeer slecht verzorgd.Alles was op en/of te laat aangevuld. Zelfs kopjes en borden waren "op de bon" Het excuus "het is zo druk" met 12 man in de ontbijt zaal ging er bij mij (ook) niet in. Als er net ik citeer "een bus gezelschap doorheen getrokken is", zou je toch kunnen weten dat alles opgaat en aangevuld dient te worden. |

Een verrassing om midden in de hel van de Rampstad nog een vrij rustig hotel te vinden met een schone kamer met een prima bed en de luxe van een raam dat open kan! Bereikbaarheid per OV is ook zeker een pré, ook voor mensen die al dan niet vrijwillig in Den Haag moeten zijn. Goed hotel dus, maar wel vrij duur voor het gebodene. En het licht naast het bed te zwak om bij te lezen, dat vind ik altijd zo'n armoe. |

Ideale ligging bij het station. De verlichting was voor het gebruik van het bureau te beperkt. Door gebruik van spaarlampen niet prettig en er was geen heldere burealamp aanwezig. |

Vriendelijk personeel. Goede bedden. Het geluid van de afzuiging in de badkamer bleef heel lang. Ongeveer na een kwartier ging hij pas uit. Dat was een beetje irritant. De badkamer was een beetje onlogisch ingedeeld. |
