Excellent breakfast - enormous choice.

At check-out they wanted to charge me a full rate, not taking account of the discount on which I booked.

Very nice room !

There was not enough parking .

The staff were nice, and the food meets our expectation. Of course, the main reason I booked this hotel is the location. Bus stop is just outside of the hotel, easy to go to Leiden and Den Haag.

No wireless internet service in our building, only in the main building.

Reception staff showed no welcoming, were unhelpful on several occassions and unfriendly. Gave a very bad inpression. In all my travelling they were by far the worst I have ever met!!!!!

Good location, good overall facilities, very latge restaurant and good atmosphere. Plenty of parking.

My room was in the annexe building, which is bridge linked with the main hotel. It can take 10 to 15 to get in and out. The air conditioning was switched off. The shower is not thermostaically controlled and hot water was scalding hot. The service in the restaurant is hopelesslely disappointing in spite of so many waiters on duty. ITwice I didn't get a drink, waiters forgot knife and fork and I had to wait. Then they bring wrong drinks and food. The staff in the hotel is not courtious at all unlike majority of the Dutch hotels.

Good location - very near the highway, just in-between Leiden and Haag. Breakfast buffet is good.

Be careful when paying. I was asked to authorize my credit card. Only after the fact did I notice that the price charged [authorized] was too high by appr. 40 eur, compared to my booking.com price (taking into account additional charges such as breakfast and city tax). The receptionist, after my complaint, promptly corrected the price and apologized. Also, hotel (and bathroom in particular) had a very weird smell. (Not overtly unpleasant, but not pleasant either.) All in all, I still had a good experience.

not much actually the staff spoke poorly in English and we had a real hard time even ordering room service, very pricey for a country hotel, mouldy smell, carpets doesn't look very clean.

No Coffee /Tea in Room

Great Rooms, Quiet, good parking, Good location

signage is poor , took me ages to find the gym. Standard rooms do not have refrigerators.

We choose this location and hotel as it was very close to famiy members we were visiting.

The room was quite relaxing, high quality beds, great bathroom allthough the room was a bit small (smaller than expected) good service at the front office. checking in and out was handled in just minutes.

The surroundings at the hotel are a bit dull, you need to procceed to Leiden or The Hague for the nearest shops, bars or restaurant (although the restaurant Up-Stairs is quite good!)

the restaurant was very good, with wonderful dishes and service

the maintenance of the rooms is not up to standard. Our room had one lamp burned, making it darker; the toilet bin had its cover broken and the shower did not work at all. We had to use the bathtub which did not have a shower head wall bracket making it quite difficult to wash long hair. Finally, there was no fridge in the room. As we only stayed for 1 night, we did not want to make a fuss about these things.
