Good location. Nice furnishings I booked an executive room but was given a superior room. I queried this but was told it was an executive room. Having re-checked the hotel's own web site the room I stayed in is shown on the superior room page! I asked for i-pod speakers (as advertised on their web site in executive rooms) but was told they didn't provide these. The manager was quite hostile that I'd queried my room and the facilities. Was charged for executive room. |

LOcation of hotel was wonderful, close to everything. We walked and rented bikes to go places and the train was very close too. The hotel was actually on the wonderful city walking tour. Yes, our room faced the street....terrible sleeping, we were there from Thurs to Monday and the only night we really got any sleep was Sunday night. The street is narrow and all the bar/street noise travelled right up to our room. It was too hot to close the window so ... it was bad. I would ask for an off-street room next time, if I had known. |

Excellent location, very quiet. Room very nicely furnished, with modern shower room. No hooks or shelves in the shower room to hang towels or store items. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely rooms, excellent location. We loved the fact the (very good) breakfast was served at the table - it makes a real difference these days. We wíll definitely go back. |

Central location, 21:00 check in time 2 single beds pushed together (weird for a suite) no cleaning of the room (they just left some new towels)the dvd player I had attache myself there was no room for the player so it just hanged from the tv by its cables.minibar was off and not stocked |

Good location: Easy to find. Easy to drive to in largely pedestrian town center. Close to underground car park. Close to Kasswaag and Friday morning cheese weighing. Close to resarurants and shopping. Easy to drive in and out of town from hotel & car park. Manager helped find and make Dr. appointment for my ill wife. Breakfast excellent with many items and choices. Hotel housekeeping (1) supplied room with only one small bottle of bath jell (only soap) and did not replace it on second day: and (2) threw away (or ate) bag of special pastries and chocolate truffles we had bought. Manager reimbursed the cost. (3) Shower floor deadly slippery; had to put down hand towel for traction. |

The room was great, two person bath tub, two person shower, other facilities, very comfortable bed (37 weeks pregnant, so that was important!) It looked like it wasn't quite finished. Mini bar did and whirlpool jets did not work, the room was beautiful yet a little bare still. |

I was a great experience staying at the Grand Hotel the rooms are very nice, It is in great location for shopping and sightseeing. The staff were great and so was the food. |

Heel centraal gelegen, gezellig hotel. Te weinig handoeken, vooral al heb je een jacuzzie en douche op de kamer. Bedden aan de zachte kant. Betaald pakeren, jammer dat er geen dagkaart of hotelkaart uiterraad tegen betaling aanwezig is. |

Sehr gut. Leider Matrazen zu weich und keinerlei Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten für Bad accesssoires und Handtücher. Wurde aber von allen kritisiert.Wofür diese Kritik,wenn doch nichts geändert wird? |

De ongedwongen sfeer en de professionaliteit van het personeel gaf ons het gevoel welkom te zijn. Wij hadden zeker niet het gevoel in een hotel te zijn, het voelde meer als thuiskomen. Muur achter wastafels waren niet helemaal schoon. Afzuiginstallatie van de keuken van het restaurant draaide na 00.00 uur nog op volle toeren. Als je moeite hebt met slapen is dit lastig. |

Uiterst vriendelijk personeel. Door heerlijke omstandigheden waren we erg laat voor het ontbijt maar met een lach werd er geimproviseerd en werden er speciaal broodjes afgebakken. De bedden liggen/zijn lekker zacht en de vloerbedekking ook. Onze late boeking was niet helemaal goed doorgekomen (kapotte fax..) maar kamer werd snel gereed gemaakt. De badkamer had alleen een douche terwijl ie groot genoeg was voor een bad erbij, wat het verblijf compleet had gemaakt. |

De sfeer en inrichting van het hotel spraken ons erg aan. De simpele inrichting van de badkamer: er was geen ruimte om je toiletspullen te plaatsen, geen haak voor je handdoek en in verhouding met de kamer was het echt een super simpele badkamer: jammer! |
