La piscina i l'spa, que a més tenen un horari molt ampli.El mini-bar és gratuït, tot un detall que no conec de cap altre hotel. Té molt poca il·luminació. És un cinc estrelles correcte però molt just. He estat en hotels de quatre estrelles millors que aquest. |

The room was excellent. Good size bed, very nice bathroom. We loved the free mini bar service and coffee maker in the room. The pool and hot tub were also great! |

Very comfortable bed. Free mini-bar. Location. Television sits on the desk that should be used for working. Better to place the TV on its own table or wall mounted. It was difficult to find open electrical outlets for phone chargers and laptop cords. |

The hotel staff was very kind and professional, letting you feel on a real vacation. The room we took (superior deluxe) was just perfect: The comfort king-size bed, the exclusive furniture, the huge bathroom - really great. The free mini bar was fantastic with a wide range of drinks. Bottom line: Excellent choice!! Nothing special. I remember the good things only... I've heared about air conditioning problems on this hotel - but it's not true. Up to this date, there is a working and effective AC. |

It was great and the spa was fantastic. The free mini-bar was a plus and the location was great It was raining very heavily upon my departure and i asked the Bellman to call a taxi to take me the 4 blocks to the train station. Well obviously the bellman called his friend the taxi driver whom took me 2 blocks, charged me 10 euros and dropped me off in the pouring rain cause he did not have a license to go to train station. If you call for a taxi to go to train station then you want door to door service. |

The service, cleanliness, friendly, helpful staff, felt at ease as a solo traveller, spacious, comfortable room. Not much choice of lighter meals for room service. |

The pool and jacuzzi were excellent and very relaxing after walking the city. Windows opened from the bottom enough to allow fresh air breeze into the room. The bed was absoulutely fantastic and it was better than sleeping in my own bed at home. Friendly staff. Easy access to tram lines at Central Station. Lots of restaurants and stores in the immediate area. Very good breakfast in the hotel. Central ventilation system was not very effective, but windows that open made up for it. Check-in and check-out not well set up for large group of people arriving at same time, can get crowded. |

Beautiful building. Convenient location. Nice rooms. Wifi is spotty. In room coffee not to our liking. Breakfast is expensive at €25 pp. |

Upon my arrival the room that I had booked was already taken. Without any fuss the friendly staff had already taken the steps to upgraded my reservation to a three-room suite, great service! |

Hotel is centrally located with good facilities Mosquitos in the room.Reported four times to staff to no effect.Bitten fourteen times and could not get a good nights sleep.Leaving the window open, as advised ,was simply ineffective. |

I arrived at the hotel a little after 11am and was pleasantly suprised to be told that my room was ready. The room was very comfortable and had amazing views of the city and canals. On my last evening in the hotel I ate in the bar and I must say that the food was exceptional. The gym area was not really what I expected and only one of the machines out was in working order but the spa area was good. |

I enjoyed the character and history of the hotel. This is my second stay there and both rooms were different in size and design, whereas one room in a chain hotel is much the same as the other. There was a lot of mosquitoes in the hotel and as i am susceptible to them and my skin does not react well to bites i would suggest that the house keeping service sprays the rooms at certain times of the year. |
