This place is awful. The best way to waste your money. They have mice in hotelrooms. A pack of peanuts left near the bed turned into a mouse eating it in the night. Another one was on the wall. Crocodile armchair in a secon room of the suite stinked, so we had to shut the door there & never used the room. In a single we also rented for our friend the huge window was always open. No way to shut it. I'd prefer to stay in the best 4 star hotel to this 5 star one. |

Got hotel at half price,Stunning room, great building and so well looked after.The room service was fantastic ,the bar is so laid back and the White Russians tasted Great .In my opinion the most beautiful hotel in Dam. From Checking in to leaving There is nothing i would change |

Impressive building, good location and well maintained. Good canal views. Clean, relaxed Wellness centre. Excellent coffee machine in room as well as free mini-bar. Beautiful bathrooms. Very good breakfast, we didn't try dinner but the menu was impressive. Sauna way too hot - and I am used to taking saunas! Jacuzzi very cold - we informed the staff, received apologies for the apparently isolated incident. |

FANTASTIC ***** Everything was spot on and the free mini bar was excellent. Would recommend this place as it was close to the centre. We will definately use this Hotel for our next stay subject to the prices not increasing to dramatically. |

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The furniture was cozy and the bathrooms extremely large and modern. We had to call a few times to get the cot - but it seemed there was training going on for new staff. In the end we had a lovely conversation with the woman who came to setup the cot. |

We liked the very comfortable beds, the free wireless, the in room Nespresso machine and free mini bar, and the helpful and friendly staff. They've done an excellent job of restoring an architectural landmark, which makes staying at the hotel a special experience. Weight machine in the gym was difficult to use, no explanation provided on how to use. This was a minor point as we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return. |

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the free minibar and wifi were a great bonus. room was spacious and high ceiling made it seem very grand. hallways were very bland and need embellishment in the form of pictures and other forms of art. As the hotel is only newly renovated I'm sure this will follow in time. |
