Il comfort delle camere, la pulizia, la possibilità di utilizzare gratuitamente il centro benessere interno, la posizione che permette di raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi il centro. Il fatto che non fosse specificato da nessuna parte (neppure sul voucher di prenotazione), che il pagamento dovesse essere fatto al check-in e che ci fosse una cauzione di ben 100 € a notte, a camera da anticipare. Forse sarà stato un caso dato che eravamo 9 persone, ma sarebbe comunque stato opportuno un messaggio da parte dell'hotel che ci informasse di tutto ciò, per non arrivare "sprovveduti" al check-in, come invece è successo. |

la cortesia riservatezza e centrale bello camere standard bagno di lusso zona relax ristorante di livello alto piscina pero bassa sauna gratis e il non plus ultra il frigobar gratuito albergo di lusso e un sorriso sempre presente, la colazione costa molto il servizio in camera e eccellente ottimo albergo per un prezzo speciale che abbiamo scelto zona tranquilla centrale e controllata la camera non e come quella pubblicizzata su booking te ne danno una piu piccola bella ma piu piccola la nostra era di circa 20 metri quadri, il bagno pero e grande e di circa sei metri quadri, |

Ottimo soggiorno con camere spaziose e pulite e servizio minibar gratuito con rifornimento quotidiano di bevande. l'albergo è in ottima posizione in quanto molto vicino alla stazione ed al centro storico della città. staff disponibile. prezzo della colazione non incluso nel costo della camera un pò troppo alto. |

This hotel has it all. We were quite taken by all ammenities,service,comfort, helpfullness, closeness to everything and still quite. Would go back in a minute if we could,maybe next year. Anyone would love this hotel and staff. |

The bed was great, the diner was realy excelent (and for only 36€!), I loved good Lanvin shampoons/gels in the bathroom, the room was quiet in the night, even with open window .. The breakfast was good. The young consierge was kind, so do the waiters in restaurant I was disapointed to get at first the room, which was not the level I expected (it was not like superior, not the city view , only some sky..). With the change it was ok. The brasserie is not offering enough for a lunch. To much walk (also with lugaggue) for a lady to reach the public or other transport possibilities & attractions, not enough explained by consierge on duty |

It took a lot of time to check in. The room (310) has a nice view, and the ceiling pretty high. We did not use the free mini bar too much. The coffee machine was excellent. The entrance was very narrow and there is no lobby at all. |

close to central station and all of the attractions. The hotel bar was understaffed and there was a very tall/skinny guy working that would go out of his way to avoid eye contact, or offer assistance in any way. He was laughable. The other staff was very helpful. |
