Recption area is of a much lower standard than that of a 5 star hotel! No loby! Comon areas really poor, it takes a good 5-7 minuts to get to your room whilst passing through several narrow corridors and different sections operating on just one lift! We were scheduled for 3 nights. Out of which we spent only 1 night! However we had to pay for 2! We left for a hotel of much better standard! |

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Attentive staff, quiet hotel. Did not realize breakfast buffet was not included in cost until got hit with a $35.00 per person charge! Nothing special about the buffet to justify that cost. Also, room service menu was limited. |

i liked the swimming pool and the space of the room. yes the housekeeping was very bad, they really didn't care if they clean the room or not and even if they cleaned the room,there is still dirt in the room. |
