Grand Hotel Amrâth Amsterdam

建築物が芸術的で美しかった。

少しセキュリティーが甘い気がしました。

miniバーの無料サービスは思った以上に便利でありがたかったです。他のホテルだとお水1本４～５ユーロ- でしたので、コンビニで購入し持ち込んでいましたが、重いし、不便だし。こちらのホテルはお水も付いている- し、おいしいエスプレッソや紅茶も無料で入れられました。設備が良いものばかり使っていて、特にベッドとお- 風呂が最高に快適でした。

ヨーロッパでは当たり前のことなんだろうと思いますが、建物や室外は古かった。

宿泊としてはとても、快適に過ごせました。

空港まで、空港タクシーを日本で予約していきました。料金はカードで支払い済みにしました。お客様係りの女- 性に、このタクシー会社に予約確認の連絡をしてもらい、タクシー会社から、pick up時間のお知らせが電話でありました。それに沿って、４：２０amにホテルのコンシェルジェの誘導のもと- にタクシーに乗りました。空港について、チップをあげたときに、このタクシは、ホテルが電話で呼んだものだ- とわかりました。早朝、搭乗前に、寒い中、このタクシー料金を払う払わないで、ホテルに電話をかけ、運転手- と話をし、時間すれすれで、搭乗しました。ホテルの従業員は私たちに確認して、タクシーを呼んでほしかった- です。

Very friend staffs

Would be good that if the staffs can explain why the daily hotel rate is different between week end and week day. The different is huge where this might encourage different group of traveller to stay in this hotel as compared to the others especially during the week day rate.

Very comfortable bed. Free mini-bar. Location.

Television sits on the desk that should be used for working. Better to place the TV on its own table or wall mounted. It was difficult to find open electrical outlets for phone chargers and laptop cords.

It was great and the spa was fantastic. The free mini-bar was a plus and the location was great

It was raining very heavily upon my departure and i asked the Bellman to call a taxi to take me the 4 blocks to the train station. Well obviously the bellman called his friend the taxi driver whom took me 2 blocks, charged me 10 euros and dropped me off in the pouring rain cause he did not have a license to go to train station. If you call for a taxi to go to train station then you want door to door service.

The pool and jacuzzi were excellent and very relaxing after walking the city. Windows opened from the bottom enough to allow fresh air breeze into the room. The bed was absoulutely fantastic and it was better than sleeping in my own bed at home. Friendly staff. Easy access to tram lines at Central Station. Lots of restaurants and stores in the immediate area. Very good breakfast in the hotel.

Central ventilation system was not very effective, but windows that open made up for it. Check-in and check-out not well set up for large group of people arriving at same time, can get crowded.

The room facilities were excellent. The room was very tastefully decorated and very spacious

The rooms were not very sound proof and any sound in the corridor are very audible.

poor breakfast if we compare with the price( 25 €) nothing special in breakfast menu.

This is perfect hotel for start point to Amsterdam's sightseeng.

Upon my arrival the room that I had booked was already taken. Without any fuss the friendly staff had already taken the steps to upgraded my reservation to a three-room suite, great service!

Most comfortable bed ever and an absolutely gorgeous hotel: beautiful renovation of a 1911 building.

Not much of a business center (and I'm a business traveller)
