It is located close to the Keukenhof gardens. The breakfast room was very nice. The off street parking is appreciated! There is no lift and the steps are fairly steep. |

room size,plenty of hot water good breakfast, nice large bar stayed 3 nights party in bar underneath our room 2nd night very noisy 3rd night young persons party in annexe across from our room continual thumping of music to 1am + youngsters urinating & being sick by my car had to get up & move it, have complained & asked for compensation have still not heard from hotel not impressed. |

The hotel was comfortable. It was nice to be close to the beach. Confusing at breakfast because we did not see coffee or tea out and no one was available to ask. |

Good position, very close to beach and a short relaxing walk to the centre of Noordwijk. The public areas of the hotel certainly looked as if they had recently been updated and looked very smart. I would recommend the hotel in general but not the room. We were disappointed with the room, although clean it was basic - we had a standard double with an incredibly small bathroom. Not really 'modernised' in the way the rest of the hotel has been. No hairdryer or any of those little luxuries which would have made all the difference considering the price. |

The hotel is well situated close to the beach, has nice breakfast, good restaurant and bar. No lift in the hotell and if on topp floor you have to take several steep stairs. |

I was very displeased with booking.com I made a reservation for this hotel through booking.com, but when I arrived at the hotel, there wasn't a reservation for me. Thankfully they had 1 room left, which they rented to me. However, I was quoted 90 Euro through booking.com, and the hotel charged me 125 Euro. I do not know if I will use booking.com again!!! |

Bij aankomst kregen wij te horen dat wij een grotere kamer kregen omdat zij die avond een bruiloft hadden en veel geluidsoverlast veroorzaken. Dat was wel prettig. Verder was het ontbijt goed en het eten in het restaurant ook en er is een gezellige bar. Mooi en netjes. Te weinig licht in de badkamer. De televisie is te klein. |

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Ik heb geboekt via bookin.com. Veligheidshalve heb ik meteen het hotel gebeld of de boeking bij hun was gerigistreerd. Op dat momnet was de boeking bij hun nog niet binnen maar het personeel zou mij meteen terugbellen als de boeking bij het hotel binnen was gekomen. Na een hlaf uurtje kreeg ik een telefoontje van het hotel dat de boeking inderdaad bij hun was geregistreerd. Toe ik echter op 24 oktober arriveerde bleek mijn boeking bij het hotel toch niet op de gastenlijst te staan. Ik had echter een kopie van mijn reserveringsbevestiging bij mij. Uiteindelijk kregen wij toch nog een kamer. Later bleek thuis dat ik de stads en toeristen belasting 2 keer heb betaald ( stond al in de bevestiging ) en het Hotel heeft mij dit ook berekend. |

Het bijbehorende restaurent. Heerlijk dat we niet meer weg hoefden. Prima menukaart en het eten was zeer goed verzorgd en smakelijk. Ontbijtkeuze was ook ruim. De kamer was klein, maar dat wisten we. Maar dat deze zo simpel was (wasbak op de kamer, mini tv waarvan de nederlandse zenders het niet goed van deden) en de simpele doucheruimte vielen tegen. Ook de gehorigheid (huilend kind 's-nachts) was een minpuntje. Parkeren alleen gratis als je rechtstreeks boekt. Via booking.com betekent dit betalen. |
