Good location, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff when on site. Free internet in common area/lounge. Almost self service hotel. Reception not staffed alot of the time. More like a very comfortable guest house than hotel. Breakfast at 18 euros would seem overpriced. |

The apartment was big and spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the washing machine is included on the apartment facility The bell is not working, the lamps were dim and the apartment is a long walk from the station |

Very convenient location-3 min from train station and close to centre of town (5 min) room a bit small but adequate for a short stay. No curtain for shower. Breakfast not taken but seems expensive for what was offered |

The position of the Hotel Grand Canal was very good - close to the train station and also to the main part of the old part of Delft However it was quite run down and we were up two flights of stairs with no lift. I guess the price was cheaper to compensate this but did not include any breakfast which you could have for quite an exorbitant price extra. However if you wanted a budget hotel in good position this could be for you |

The hotel was really very nice. We've booked an appartement (47.5euro), but lived in a room for 200 euro (for the same price - 47,5 euro). that was a good surprise. |

I liked the location of the hotel : it is just next to a Canal an near the downtown and the central station. Furthermore, the bulding is very cute, ans the price is not expensive. The decoration is not very young, and the wall are not thick (we hear our neighbours) |

The situation is excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and had a great view over the canal. Very central. There was no one there when we arrived, the bell does not work, and it was only with the help of a passing Dutch person that we raised someone to open the door. That staff member was extremely rude and unhelpful. We expected a twin room and got a double. When we thought of going elsewhere, we were told we'd have to pay the whole amount. |

The hotel is a great central location to Delft and all its restaurants etc. It is quite noisy of an evening from the street with people on their way home from the bars, but I think that you get that anywhere. the room s were kept very clean and when you managed to track down a staff member they were very friendly. If you did have a problem and it was after 12 noon then your chances of finding a staff member and getting it fixed was next to none. |

good location in the city, close to the station, big room carpet was covered with dogs hair, stinky toilet with broken tiles, breakfast far to expensive, get it somewhere in the city=) but i think for this price (without brkfst) its ok (attention: additional comes a undefinded 'misc city tax' of 3,50 p.p.p.d) |

Staff very nice. Central to Delft market. Quiet. Room cleaned everyday. No airconditioning, the room was sweltering, when we pulled the windows up for fresh air they fell down again. Nowhere to get lunch or dinner only breakfast. |

Ideal position to visit the city, staff was nice. Although the floor and the beds were well cleaned, there was mould in the fridge and one curtain was stained. The apartment was somewhat messed up, one window had a view into a room with spare broken furniture. |

Close to Central Station The staff was rude, unfriendly and contentious. When we had a small dispute over the bill - her reaction was to call the police!!!! Smoking was allowed in the hotel and the front desk girl would sit with her loud teenage friends chain smoking and staring from the desk. Do not stay here!!!! There were much better places on the same street!!! |
