Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. Location is excellent. Close to station and centrum

The room was really big and nice. Everything was really clean!

The bed wasn't the best.

Quiet, clean

Appartements (not hotel) are relatively far from city centre and railway station. Wifi was not worked (laptop and ipad), staff argued, that it was because of our devices (but it was ok in all other hotels). Furniture was broken. Kettle is in the room, but there are no tea or coffee. They charged small additional amount for services? Which services?

I beilive here is the nearlest hotel to the station and just 2 minutes walk to the main square. Staffs are kind and friendly.

I could hear the snoozing from somewhere. Tea bags were not supplied in tea box.

The quetness in Delft

To walk 15 minutes with all my luggage to find my room - in a distance of at least 1 km from the hotel. Sombody should warn ciustomers about this.

The location of the hotel is extremely good. We came by car so its proximity to a covered parking lot was important.

The room was large but the furnishings were a bit out of date. The walls were thin and we could hear people conversing in the adjacent room.

No staff on duty on arrival at 10.30 pm

Very conveniently located, close to the railway station and to the center of Delft. Wide choice of food at breakfast.

Only 3 teabags available in the room, no coffee, no milk.

Even though we didn't pay for it, we had a room towards the canal. I liked that it was a very cute not such a super standard decorated room. The bed was comfortable, the staff very friendly and the location perfect.

The bathroom was very small, the tab didn't work perfectly. The price was a bit high (66€/night).

the safety chain on the door in room 2 showed two failures: the holder on the door was mounted 180 deg rotated, thus disfunctional and....the chain was mounted in weak material. In case one should rely on such the surprise is max.

the hotel is at good location, nearby the train station and not far away city center.

there is no elevator in the hotel. If you have a lot of luggage, it is a bit of trouble. ,

Small, friendly hotel

The renovations weren't entirely complete and it was not possible to shut the windows, which in a Dutch winter meant that I had to leave the heating on

Romantic look and atmosphere. Beautiful surroundings. Short distance to the city centre and railway station.

That we had to walk to the other site of town with à poor map.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and it was very well situated, close to the station. Clean and comfortable.
