Este hotel deberìa ser eliminado de sus recomendaciones. Es sencillamente desastroso. Nuestra habitacion estaba mas o menos bien, sin embargo la de nuestros hijos era desastrosa, parecìa una habitaciòn de hotel de carretera en un paìs del tercer mundo. A mitad de la noche se rompìo la cama de nuestra habitacion y solo habìa una señora dominicana atendiendo el hotel y no pudo resolver la situaciòn. Insisto en que no debìan ni siquiera listarlo. Es una làstima que teniendo una ubicacioin tan maravillosa no se hayan ocupado en remodelarlo ni en adecuarlo. Resulta incomprensible como el departamento de turismo de holanda puede darle ni media estrella a este sitio. |

Super céntrico, en la zona más bonita y típica de Delft, a 100 m. de la estación (pero no se oyen los trenes) Habitación (individual) pequeña. Baño (sólo ducha) absolutamente diminuto. Cuando llegué al hotel por la noche la calefacción de la habitación estaba cerrada y las ventanas un poco abiertas... y estábamos a cinco grados de temperatura exterior!!! Pasé un frío de narices (aunque la funda nórdica era excelente) |

Staff very nice. Central to Delft market. Quiet. Room cleaned everyday. No airconditioning, the room was sweltering, when we pulled the windows up for fresh air they fell down again. Nowhere to get lunch or dinner only breakfast. |

Ideal position to visit the city, staff was nice. Although the floor and the beds were well cleaned, there was mould in the fridge and one curtain was stained. The apartment was somewhat messed up, one window had a view into a room with spare broken furniture. |

Close to Central Station The staff was rude, unfriendly and contentious. When we had a small dispute over the bill - her reaction was to call the police!!!! Smoking was allowed in the hotel and the front desk girl would sit with her loud teenage friends chain smoking and staring from the desk. Do not stay here!!!! There were much better places on the same street!!! |

Hotel Location Staff were not polite! Bed Sheets were just dirty, I asked for changing the sheets but they refused!!! No tap in the Kitchen! Not good at all. |

Clean rooms. Near the city centre. The hotel staff wrongly informed and gave out a note that the breakfast was until 10:30 Sunday. We therefore had to go out eating brakfast. The hotel was Ok but the reception personnel was poor in service.We were not able to close the windov in uor room. |

The self service apartment was in a great location and had all the basics provided. We were left alone during our stay. There is a nice fenced in courtyard outside the room, which was very pleasant. The hotel staff was not very helpful in us finding our room in the dark. The room was clean, but could use an update. There were basic kitchen utensils, but lacking a basic pan and glasses. There was no phone in the room, nor available wifi/internet within the apartment. |

only location and price. The rest was not good: dirty hotel with staff that hardly spoke Dutch. Breakfast was extensive but everything was old and distasteful. Not inviting at all. During breakfast the staff were not interested in the guests as they were watching a loud American tv programme on strange animal behaviour.... It was very sad. I was happy to leave!!! |

Minibar wasnt filled, but loud freezer on. When asked Lady at Reception she (was always on the phone talking loud to I guess a private friend?) was very annoyed and totally not polite and passed me somehow a bottle of water. |

If you have ever dreamt to see Venice and that is too far from your location, try Hotel Grand Canal in Delft. It is a very good aproximation. |
