Hotel Grand Canal

Esta muy bien ubicado, con buenas vistas, historico, hermoso

El hotel está muy bien situado,además en pleno canal. La estancia fue acogedora y tiene zonas comunes con billar, mesas,internet...que se agradecen.El personal del hotel muy agradable.

Este hotel deberìa ser eliminado de sus recomendaciones. Es sencillamente desastroso. Nuestra habitacion estaba mas o menos bien, sin embargo la de nuestros hijos era desastrosa, parecìa una habitaciòn de hotel de carretera en un paìs del tercer mundo. A mitad de la noche se rompìo la cama de nuestra habitacion y solo habìa una señora dominicana atendiendo el hotel y no pudo resolver la situaciòn.

Insisto en que no debìan ni siquiera listarlo. Es una làstima que teniendo una ubicacioin tan maravillosa no se hayan ocupado en remodelarlo ni en adecuarlo. Resulta incomprensible como el departamento de turismo de holanda puede darle ni media estrella a este sitio.

Super céntrico, en la zona más bonita y típica de Delft, a 100 m. de la estación (pero no se oyen los trenes)

Habitación (individual) pequeña. Baño (sólo ducha) absolutamente diminuto. Cuando llegué al hotel por la noche la calefacción de la habitación estaba cerrada y las ventanas un poco abiertas... y estábamos a cinco grados de temperatura exterior!!! Pasé un frío de narices (aunque la funda nórdica era excelente)

We stayed in the "appartment". It's cheap and it's in the center of town, 5 min walking to the main square. It's quiet. The staff people are nice and kind

The description doesn't match the reality: the "appartment" is just a room. There is no telephone and even if you use your cellphone none at the reception will answer. Since it is 12 min walking far from the Hotel (with baggage it is a long walk), if you need anything you have to take a walk and it's better to go in the morning cause in the evening there is none. There is nothing suitable for hanging clothes or jackets

The location is excellent and the price very good. The rooms are a little rundown, but clean and comfortable.

Very friendly staff. Clean towels and bedding. It's nice to have a small garden, especially for smokers. Delft is a nice place..

Note: I stayed in the apartmnent not the hotel. It's actually the size of a hotel room with a kitchenette. It is in urgent need of redecoration. Light bulbs missing, a shelf pulled off the wall, shaving mirror missing and generally looking like it hasnt been looked after for some time.

Easy walk with luggage from train station.

Wsa nicely decorated but maintenance may be not keeping up.

walking distance both to downtown and to the university.

there was no internet at the apartment only at the main building of the hotel but the lobby was not open in the evenings.

Very convenient location-3 min from train station and close to centre of town (5 min)

room a bit small but adequate for a short stay. No curtain for shower. Breakfast not taken but seems expensive for what was offered
