Wyposażenie hotelu. Dostępność takich urządzeń jak np. żelazko czy lodówka. Wygodna przestronna i duża łazienka. Położenie hotelu w samym centrum Delft, blisko od głównego dworca kolejowego. Prace remontowe trwające w trakcie mojego pobytu. Przeszkaszały trochę w spokojnym odpoczynku. |

Hotel jest polozony blisko stacji kolejowej. Brak personelu wieczorami. Pojedyncze szyby - halas wieczorami i noca, jesli pokoj znajduje sie od strony kanalu (Oude Delft). Drogie sniadanie. Obsluga ktore przygotowuje sniadanie mowi kiepskim angielskim i kiepskim holenderskim. |

Central location. Both windows were broken (did not close properly) so there was a huge draft of cold air into the room. There was an electric heater in the room to compensate but it made a lot of noise. Having windows held "shut" by rope tied to the tv fixture on the wall is simply not what one expects from a hotel in this category. |

I like the homely decoration, which makes me really feel like at home. And it is so close to the rail station which is quite convenient. The staff refused to tell me about the way, just gave me a guide tour book instead... |

The only thing in this hotels favour is the location. Poor check in. Not friendly at all. No facility for paying by credit card. Only told this when checking out. Very rude staff on reception. |

Very clean and comfort room, very nice staff, with 5 minutes walk to the centre and also the train station. It is perfect in these concerns. Security is the big concern. All hotel rooms are on ground floor, with a big front door as the entrance to the hotel. My room door was opened by somebody with a torch in mid night when i was sleeping. Coz no reception at night, security is your own concern and no one will help you...I was so scared after that incident and dare not to sleep. Terrible to imagine what if that stranger got into my roo |

charming location (quiet, but near to the ralway station), beautiful old building. nice interior, especially the dining hall. rooms are cleaned every day. overall i had a very positive impression. i found it a pity that the breakfast was not included in the room rate. additional costs could be changed since the last update, so be confirmed about them. among these i had absolutely no negative experiences. |

Hotel was at a good location near transportation, but the rooms are very outdated and need some work. Mold and paint chips all over the windows. It looks a bit run down. |

The location was very nice. (apartment) We did not like: the price compared to quality, the room was very small and very dated. Poor/No maintenance and the backyard was full with weed. The owner of the apartment did not accept creditcards/pin, only cash. (felt very strange, since there was a PIN/Creditcard machine present for hotel-guests). Overall very disapointing. |
