Very Central.

Everything is very old and need some fixing

very poor state of repair. dirty. did not reflect the image on internet on day of booking. had we seen room first we would have left but had already paid. we feel badly let down. breakfast excellent

Nothing except the breakfast was very good, with a good range of food.

Our room was on the second floor and there was no warning given online or in the Hotel that the Hotel had a night club/bar operating until 4:00am... it was impossible to sleep and we faced a 20 hour car journey the next day and were not impressed... we were also disturbed by very noisy youngsters having parties in their rooms up until 5am. The Hotel gave us a 20% refund after complaining. The Hotel itself is worn and not particularly clean and tidy (on a par with Hostel accom) but reasonable value for the city centre. This is a great Hotel if you want a night of night clubbing and somewhere to 'crash out' but not if you want to rest, sleep and enjoy Rotterdam.

I am happy that I survived, did not get ill, was not assaulted etc... ;-).

Honestly - this hotel should be demolished or reconstructed to the ground. Until that you should remove it from your portfolio.

Staff at the reception: Pleasant, co-operative and very helpful.

Breakfast quality not very appreciable, The doors of the rooms need servicing, Television of my room was not working and despite reporting to the reception no action was taken.

A good selection for breakfast, something to feast on to keep the energy levels up for the day

Our bedroom door looked like it had seen better days before someone had attempted to crow bar it open (this was before we arrived). The walls were real thin. We could hear everything ...yes, EVERYTHING...if only the young man had more stamina than to last just the 30 seconds - I suppose it was 4 in the morning though!!! Even I was quite tired by that point of hearing the neighbours' conversation. >: o

The breakfast was absolutely fabulous! We ate for almost 2 hours. Various types of fresh bread and spreads, english breakfast, yoghurt, fruit - even fresh strawberries.The location is also ideal, you are right next to the shopping area that goes into the center of the town.Free internet in the lobby is a nice bonus.

The building is old and can do with some modernizations but the comfort was ok. It is not a romantic hotel. During our stay there was a party in the hotel, downstairs. We heard the noise until 6am. Guests arriving later than us were offered a room on the 4th floor but we were put on the 2nd floor although we booked early. There are also disco's outside the hotel so I can imagine some days there will also be noise from outside. This can be positive or negative, depending on what you are looking for.

The room door and the key needs a maintenance.The key malfactioned often and the door needs to push hard to close.

De ligging van het hotel was prima, de bedden waren schoon.

Het hele hotel ziet er wat oud uit en is niet overal goed onderhouden, bv de bekleding van trappen, de muurverf bladdert, er stond een bakje onder de radiator in onze slaapkamer, de douche kraan lekte, etc...
