friendly staff a very good breakfast and an excellent location. the hotel made a run down and not a clean impression. needs desparately modernising |

breakfast was good, central location, close to main railway station, price, easy going for young travellers, late check-out, free use of internet really noisy at night time, next door many night clubs, young people shouting on the street at night and the hotel had a party one night during the stay. expensive parking, opposite was a parking hall, 24h for 28€ or on the street 1,50€ for 10 min. |

Good situation, in the middle of the city. Very good welcom. Very quiet. The bath wasn't looking enough good. Sheets and pillows didn't smell fresh. |

That it was pleasant to me: the polite personnel, the excellent kitchen, a convenient arrangement of hotel. That it was not pleasant to me: For hotel paid the same sum two times. The first time paid in day of arrival in hotel. The second time was discounted by money after departure from hotel. And have removed without my personal notice. This misunderstanding is possible. |

The facilities were good. As mentioned, the booking I made appeared to be cancelled upon my arrival. I was not happy with that at all, luckily there was a room available for me to stay. I would like to know how a booking for which I received confirmation, was cancelled when I got there. |

price and location you are giving a wrong information about internet's possibility there is no free wireless internet in most of them. One more thing I do not like it is the derections you are given about my last hotel it was comlitely wrong derection. |

It was central in Rotterdam, easy access to all transport facilities. The room was very spartan. No headboard for the bed. Not a single picture hung up on the wall. It was like sleeping in a broom cupboard. |
