Nice room, smart bathroom, good location in center of town. We were rebuffed for arriving 25 minutes before check in time, but could have the room anyway as it was ready. The way the tv was positioned made it awkward to watch tv (room no 2). |

From the restaurant to the reception, all staff were friendly, helpful and professional. I loved the hotel atmosphere and the food was the best I've ever tasted for a vegetarian. Original. No swimming pool. |

Excellent service, from the reception to the restaurant. Fantastic 4 course meal. they were very accommodating to us, as we traveled with an infant and they really went out of their way to make us all comfortable. convenient location. modern rooms. Room was on a ground floor so was a bit noisy, rooms not so large. |

A new and well-designed hotel - quiet and relaxing ambience - interesting area - breakfast above average, though coffee was rather bland. Overall however, well worth a second visit. Parking rather unfortunate for the hotel, but the staff could hardly be more helpful about the two alternative solutions. |

The hotel staff were very kind, friendly and hospitable. The location was ideal. It was centrally located to shops, restaurants and within walking distance of most site-seeing highlights within the city of Leeuwarden. Highly recommended, would stay there again. |

Everything about the hotel was terrific - a historic building restored to its former grandeur, but with a modern, spacious interior. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed large and extremely comfortable. Friendly staff, and super central but quiet location. |

Very good breakfast; something that also was reflected in the restaurant and the truly excellent dinner we had there. Also, in my opinion, the (interior) architecture solutions (lobby, restaurant, lounge) were done very well, and a joy to experience and behold. They apparently have some teething problems, and the checkout was slow (computer problems). However that will certainly be a temporary problem. |

uitstekende dienstverlening: niets was het peroneel teveel. Airco kapot: mobiele airco ter beschikking. Restaurant Louwers van een uitmuntende kwaliteit! aan de straatkant is het (momenteel) niet plezierig om om 7 uur wakker geschreeuwd te worden door de bouwvakkers aan de andere kant van de straat. |

Het was een fijne locatie, goede service en een zorgeloos verblijf. De kamer was echt super en Leeuwarden is een leuke stad. De spa was niet echt wat we verwacht hadden, Hadden gehoopt op een iets uitgebreider wellnes. |
