location is exellent , stuff is friendly rooms are big , clean and well decorated check out at 11.00 is nightmare- especially if you keep in mind 12.00. breakfast also can be a little bit better |

The room and the bedroom was large and conformatble. Hotel location is perfect to viste the harboor with Spido: 5' walk from the deck to cruise inside Rotterdam harboor with very comfortable boats. Brekfast could be better both in term of service and choice. In general the service was very poor. |

no heat in room. entire hotel was serviced by only 1 clerk at night. At full capacity(40 rooms) this was ridiculous. |

De ontvangst was goed en we konden eerde r in onze kamer na overleg. De kamers waren zeer ruim en comfortabel te noemen en netjes.Ik vind het een zeer goed idee om mensen met een licht verstandelijke beperking werk- leerervaring op te laten doen. Bij het ontbijt werd er niet goed aangevuld maar verder was het prima |
