location is exellent , stuff is friendly rooms are big , clean and well decorated check out at 11.00 is nightmare- especially if you keep in mind 12.00. breakfast also can be a little bit better |

The room and the bedroom was large and conformatble. Hotel location is perfect to viste the harboor with Spido: 5' walk from the deck to cruise inside Rotterdam harboor with very comfortable boats. Brekfast could be better both in term of service and choice. In general the service was very poor. |

no heat in room. entire hotel was serviced by only 1 clerk at night. At full capacity(40 rooms) this was ridiculous. |

Het personneel was erg service minded en aardig. De kamer was gewoon super schoon en er zijn vele leuke restaurants in de (goed gelegen) buurt |

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, mooie grote kamer. De bedden waren prima en het was brandschoon. Lekker ontbijtje met versgeperst sap. Voor herhaling vatbaar. |

Personal und Räumlichkeiten, Sauberkeit und Service und die Idee, auch Behinderte mitarbeiten zu lassen - alles sehr lobenswert Bei so viel Komfort hätte ein "Hanserl", ein weiteres kleines Kopfkissen noch eins drauf setzen können |

Uitstekend hotel in leuke buurt van Rotterdam,kamer aan de achterkant met balkon was heerlijk rustig.Uitstekende ontbijtservice door de (begeleide) serveerster.Openbare parkeergarage zeer dichtbij.Fraaie badkamer en goede bedden. |

De hotelkamer was prima in orde, een goed bed en een uitstekende badkamer, met douche èn bad. Het ontbijt was goed en er was een heel vriendelijke bediening. |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Onverwacht goede kamer; perfect sanitair. Onverwachte rust voor een plek in de stad. Ondanks forse renovatie toch nog wat mooie details overgehouden van de oude functie van scheepvaartkantoor. |

Mooie, ruime en rustige kamer aan de tuinkant. Ook de badkamer is heerlijk ruim. Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel. Gezellige grand-cafe sfeer in restaurant. Goed verzorgd ontbijt. Al met al een fijn en gemoedelijk hotel. Voor parkeren wordt je verwezen naar een parkeergarage die behoorlijk ver weg ligt, terwijl we om de hoek ook prima bleken te kunnen parkeren. (Misschien is dat alleen in het weekend goed mogelijk?) |

wij waren aangenaam verrast door het Grand Hotel Philadelphia. Een gastvrij ontvangst in een hal van een hotel waar veel oude details na een verbouwing bewaard zijn gebleven. De kamer was ruim, schoon en netjes en met name de badkamer was enorm groot en praktisch in het gebruik. En vooral ook lekker licht (hetgeen voor het aanbrengen van make-up uiteraard niet geheel onbelangrijk is). |

Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr saubere, geräumige Zimmer mit gehobener Ausstattung. Die Atmosphäre des Hotels ist sehr schön und versetzt einem tatsächlich ein bisschen in frühere Zeiten. |
