the location was excellent and the discount @ the coffeeshop was nice. The smoker friendly policy and the also was enjoyable.A good hotel for a low budget trip. The room was very small and out of 3 lamps, 1 was broken, the bathroom door was broken along with the shower door too and the window couldn't be opened fully. Housekeeping came in on the day we left. All in all, if you don't have a high budget and want a decent hotel compared to many hostels in the area, then this is for you. The discounts at their coffeeshop, which offers very good products hits right the spot when you're low on money. |

Really nice design of the room we stayed in, and it was comfortable too. Breakfast was appropriate. Even though our windows were facing the street, we did not hear any noise The stairs that led to the room were really scary as they were narrow and steep, but in the end no one got to be injured :) |

Great value for money, Breakfast buffet was simple but very tasty. More then what you would expect for a Amsterdam hotel for the price. Definately going to stay there again |

The attic suite is situated in a great location, was clean and tidy, Check in was easy and as the appartment was booked via Booking.com no key deposit or room deposit was required. Discounts are available for guests in both the coffeeshop and the bar. Would book again without question. The rooms could do with more lighting and be warned about the stairs. Lots of stairs. These were not a problem for us with small rucksacks but could prove difficult for people with large luggage. |

The sataff are o.k and it is a fun play to stay. They cant help the prices in Amsterdam or the exchange rate, but you could get better for the price elsewhwere, which is why i have rated the price as poor. the rooms just arent comfortable, especialy the beds, sorry. |

My wife and I always enjoy the character of the hotel when we stay. Each room is unique and interesting in it's own way. Also, the hotel is convenient to the train station, and located in the heart of Amsterdam's tourist district. The rates are a bit steep, but the convenience factor makes it worth while. Even a short stay can cost quite a bit though. |

Love this hotel, I always find the staff hip and cool always ready to help. Never any trouble and area has been cleaned up recently, lively street with cool eats and drinks each way. Rooms are secure, clean and safe all very cool in design from the single up. Greenhouse Loft style apts.across road are cool for a chill. The room was fantastic for the money. Whilst saying the room was fantastic they should tell you that not all their rooms are in the same building. I booked for a group of seven of us and we were split between two buildings a five minute walk apart. I didn;t really matter but it would have been nice to know this beforehand. |

The staff was polite. I set a wake up call with the staff. They did not wake me up. Therefore, I missed my flight, had to purchase another ticket (because I was on reward travel, and there were no reward tickets available for over a week), stay in an expensive hotel room for a night (due to hotels being fully booked and short notice). Not receiving my wake up call cost me about 800 euro. |
