The room was fantastic for the money. Whilst saying the room was fantastic they should tell you that not all their rooms are in the same building. I booked for a group of seven of us and we were split between two buildings a five minute walk apart. I didn;t really matter but it would have been nice to know this beforehand. |

The staff was polite. I set a wake up call with the staff. They did not wake me up. Therefore, I missed my flight, had to purchase another ticket (because I was on reward travel, and there were no reward tickets available for over a week), stay in an expensive hotel room for a night (due to hotels being fully booked and short notice). Not receiving my wake up call cost me about 800 euro. |

The size of the place was amazing. Big living room. Full kitchen. Two floors. Great breakfast. Great location if you want to be in the midst of it all. Be prepared for noise from the street all night. |

It was an excellent location. The rooms were very private and there was no noise really. The staff to clean rooms in the morning was very loud the last morning we were there. The walkie talkie or whatever was going off and someone was yelling. Before that it was very pleasant. |

The staff had a sense of humor and were nice and friendly. It was a bit cold due to the time of year and the heating was not on. We found a dial and turned it up but would have had a cold night if we had not found it. |

Great room, easy to find and convenient location! Nice staff and worth the money! We had to check out in the middle of the night to catch a plane and they were very accommodating. |

It was very central to everything and the room was spacious with a good shower and bathroom and view over the canal. The free breakfast was excellent. The bedding didnt come with a duvet cover and my boyfriend came home with bites and I also came out in a rash which I thing may have been caused by the bedding. However this was the only issue. |
