Mikäli varaus peruutetaan viimeistään 3 vrk ennen saapumista, veloitetaan 60 prosenttia kaikista öistä.
Mikäli varaus peruutetaan viimeistään 1 vrk ennen saapumista, veloitetaan 85 prosenttia kaikista öistä.
Mikäli varaus peruutetaan tätä myöhemmin tai asiakas ei saavu paikalle, veloitetaan varauksen kokonaishinta.
Lapset ja lisävuoteet
Kaksi alle 3-vuotiaat lapset majoittuvat ilmaiseksi käytettäessä vauvansänkyä
Kaksi 4–11-vuotiaat lapset majoittuvat hintaan 17,50 EUR/yö/henkilö käytettäessä huoneessa olevia vuoteita
Kaikki vanhemmat lapset tai aikuiset majoittuvat hintaan 45,00 EUR/yö/henkilö käytettäessä lisävuodetta
Huoneeseen mahtuu korkeintaan 2 lisävuode(tta)/vauvansänky(ä)
Kaikki lisävuoteet on mahdollista saada vain pyynnöstä, ja hotellin tulee varmistaa niiden saatavuus.

Fantastic restaurant, good value dinners with well trained service. Staying with a small dog you cannot have a suite and therefore have to stay in the second-best room with no view. |

We couldn't ask for anything more. The staff went out of their way to accomodate our family, providing a cot and juice off the menu. The hotel has bike rental on the premises with children's seats available and the breakfast buffet is first class. |

This is the second time we stayed in Hotel Greenside, after the first stay was soo positive. We were again glad after making the decision. I particularly like the spaceous rooms with separate sitting corner, the great breakfast in the morning and the beautifull setting of the restaurant, which is also one of the better of the island. |

The location of the hotel is good, very quiet. The room is spacious. A big choice during breakfast. The beds were very soft. The lighting in the room was poor. Not enough light to be able to read. Moreover, this 4-star hotel did not accept amex creditcard. |

Very nice hotel with clean room and very kind and friendly staff. The location is river side and the view from the restaurant is also good, and also handy to access to beach and city by bicycle. We went with my 2 year-old kid and hotel staff were very nice to him. We enjoyed a lot. |

We had a room with a large whirlpool bath and a sunshower in the bathroom, which was fantastic. The staff was friendly, with a few exceptions who just seemed new. Though pleasant, I don't think the hotel should be listed as a 4-star. The furnishings and decor of the room (except for the great bathroom and nice flatscreen TV) were somewhat tacky and cheap looking. Besides this, we had a pretty poor view overlooking a go-cart centre, and the breakfast was by far the worst I've had in any hotel, including hostels. |

The service was good, the reception staff were friendly and the room was comfortable We thought the restaurant was extremely overpriced and the food was not at all good. Our first course (shrimps/prawns) was actually inedible, the taste was really awful. The main course was cold when it arrived and although the meat tasted ok, for the price it was a joke. We couldn't believe that a bottle of water cost 6.50 Euros! |

Nice food, nice location, very nice people, nice bar, lovely room with a jaccuzi and a view of a pond with waterfowl. Easy walking distance of stores, shops and cafes, and just a bit further takes you to the beach. We will be back. |

The superior room was very comfortable and the wellness bath helped us perfectly to recover after our walks along the cold and stormy beach :-) Only one thing: The mattress in the bed was much too soft so that we – who have a “history” with our spinal disks – had backache and the sleep was less restful. |

De rust die het hele hotel uitstraalt was fantastisch! Heerlijk om een weekendje lekker uit te waaien. Mooie kamer met welness badkamer geboekt, echt een aanrader! Ben erg kritisch op hotels maar kan hier echt niets verzinnen wat niet goed is. |
