... If you like paying for something that you don't want then this is a great place

Not much that I disliked, but we didn't get what we reserved and got put in a different room. No discounts because of the inconvenience nor an explanation why we didn't get our rooms. Check in was at 1400 and we arrived at 1230. Instead of informing us immediately about the situation and explaining why it happened so, we found out about it last minute. Once the room was booked online with credit card customers are told that the room is reserved and booked. Another surprise that hit us because then we had to pay another cover-charge which is still pending. A lot of hidden things that could make your stay in Amsterdam a horror trip. So for this inconvenience I personally will not recommend this hotel nor mentioned that I stayed here

I stayed at Hotel Blyss because it is so convenient for the Concertgebouw, which is where the conference was held. This is a finance conference, run by students, that I have now attended every year for the last three years. The hotel is also close to major museums, and is very close to the Vondel Park, which is a pleasant park in which to stroll. I like everything about Hotel Blyss; rooms are nice, breakfast good, and staff helpful and pleasant. There are shops and cafes nearby, and cash points, also useful tram routes.

Location and cleaness of the room

I didn't like almost 20 steps that I should have taken to go to our room which was in -1 floor! (No lift)

Good value for money. The location of the hotel was good. It was within easy walking distance to shops, pubs, clubs and public transport. The hotel staff were friendly and very accommidating when it came to leaving your luggage after check out time. The main hotel area was decorated to a very high standard and the room we had was nicely decorated, quite spacious and clean. the beds and towels were changed every day.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Very over priced for the quality.

The location.

The bathroom shower was almost unusable; The bed was too small for my height (1,85m) and there are walls on both ends; Breakfast is poorly prepared.

Хотелът предоставя всички удобства да се отпочине по време на кратък престой в Амстердам. Намира се на удобно място и това улеснява разглеждането на забележителностите на града,както пеша, така и с трамвай и тур по каналите, спирките за които са много близо. Много удобно е също така придвижването до централната гара и до международното летище, тъй като само на минути пеша от хотела са спирките на трамвая и на прекия автобус до летището. Закуската, която предлага хотелът, е задоволителна.Услугите са на много добро ниво.

Bagni piccolissimi e scadenti, la moquette era sporca

Limpio, personal amable, cerca de los sitios de interés. Práctico.

Precio elevado en relación a la calidad (en Amsterdam hay nivel de vida más elevado). Colchón incómodo, paredes de papel.

Het hotel zag er schoon uit. Goed om een nacht in te verblijven.

Het ontbijt werd door de vele negatieve recensies afgeraden. Wij hebben dan ook buiten het hotel ontbeten. Het hotel is gehorig.

Tiene buena situación,a 5minutos de la Museum plein,Vondelpark,Leindsplein...Bien comunicado con la estacion central.El tranvia de la linea 1 te deja a lado del hotel.El personal muy amable y las instalaciones modestas pero aceptables.

C'est un tres bon hotel, personnel accueillan, chambre propre et bien equipé pas tres loin du centre a pied . pour ma par j'ai passer une exellente nuit .

Il s'agissait sans doute du pire hotel dans lequel j'ai séjourné de toute ma vie. Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. A déconseiller vivement. Très insatisfait.
