Good location, free wifi, clean, staffs are polite. 1) The biscuits is not free! 2) Double bed is 2 single beds combination, can we ask a partial refund? 3) Narrow. My partner couldn't get through between the bed and the desk if I didn't get up and move the chair. 4) Slippers. We ordered an Executive room, the receptionist told that only Business Rooms had slippers, eventually she gave me 2 pairs upon my insistence. I couldn't believe my memory was that bad and went back to check booking.com, clearly the girl was wrong. It is no big deal that I had to come down to ask for pairs of slippers, the fact that all Japanese hotels regardless class provide slippers has made this 4 stars European hotel inferior. |

The room I’ve stayed at was large and spacious at higher floor with a nice view just as I’ve asked for in my reservation additional request. Staffs were friendly and helpful. I’ve got safe deposit box malfunctioned upon arrival and duty manager came right away to get it fixed in a matter of minutes. Overall stay was ok but I don’t see myself returning there in the future. Hotel seems to be dated and expensive for what you get. Stippled ceilings and walls is really 80th design. Same can be said about lightings and furniture. There were no central heating in the room, only local radiator which dries up air and makes it very uncomfortable to sleep. Ones I’ve turned that radiator off in the middle of the night, room got extremely cold immediately. I’ve got cheaper non-refundable deal but it didn’t say anywhere on the web that it’s prepaid which is not quite the same thing. Hotel charged my card immediately after I’ve made reservation. Then when checked out an additional city tax has been charged which is a bit cheeky and misleading really. |

The staff was arrogant, and behaved as if I as customer should be happy to be "allowed" to stay with them. I am used to American service and can tell you it's certainly different. The hotel staff should be happy with the customer (and also the other way around) |

Stayed for 10 nights. Have stayed here many times, and as usual, everything was very good. This hotel is consistantly good, and always very clean. Ideal location, just 5 minutes walk to train station. Exeptional maid service. I put out the "clean room now" sign at 8am and room was clean everyday by 10:30 or earlier. Breakfast at 20 Euros is not competitive with local market. There are several cheaper alternatives just steps outside the front door. |

Location and access to the area. Friendly staff and good service. Clean rooms. Pleasant stay overall. Small rooms. Relatively indifferent styling. Four stars hotel at the margin. It is slightly overpriced. |

The location of the hotel is brilliant & the room that we stayed was of a really nice standard The only issue that I had with the hotel would be the cost of breakfast, it was very expensive. |

It's efficiency, but it's location is its key advantage. Close to Centraal and amongst a lot of nice restaurants. I was given a lower standard room than I had booked, didn't complain, the room I received was fine. |

The room was very clean and the location was really central The reception button on telephone didnt work, the mini bar was ridiculously priced, the towels were so bleached they were burning our eyes, they tried to charge us 200 euro more on arrival, there was a condom out of the wrapper on the table we sat at in the bar and i felt for that price breakfast should have been included |

Staff was very helpful and inviting. Location of the hotel was excellent--right in the heart of things. Parking area was run down. The elevators did not work and luggage had to be carried down and up stairs by the customers. It was also very expensive parking considering the condition of the car park. I realize that this lot is not yours but does affect your customers attitude towards the hotel. |
