L'hotel es troba en un punt molt cèntric de la ciutat d'Amsterdam. Les instal·lacions, els serveis i el personal és l'adequat i crec que la relació preu-serveis no és desproporcionada. El preu dels àpats els considero una mica desproporcionats. |

Accommodations and breakfast were excellent. Location could not be better: near the Central Station, departure piers for canal cruises, pedestrian shopping area with restaurants, and nearby stop for trams. |

The room was excellent, shower was great, TV was okay, the bed was too big (3 pillows and that just for me?). Larger then kingsize. The airco made too much noise, very irritating.... |

Loved the location. Very comfortable. I was upgraded to a business room which had lots of room. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast. |

The location is excellent. Everything is nearby within walking distance from the hotel + there is a tram stop just 30 seconds or less walking from the hotel entrance. Everything was good. |

Hotel was within walking distance of everything. It was very clean. Room cleaned daily. Free internet was useful. Staff were friendly and obliging! Woken very early every morning at around 8.30! Apologetic for waking us but came each morning at same time anyway! Breakfast was much too expensive at €15 pp as it was available a few doors down at €5.50. |

A good place to stay in order to visit museums in Amsterdam. Its proximity to the railway station was an advantage. I did have some difficulty locating the hotel when leaving the railway station, A map indicating street names from the station would have helped me. |

Staff were always friendly, polite and happy to help. Location is fantastic also. Usual complaint, is just the amount it cost for 2 nights stay. Nearly £300 Euro's seemed excessive. I intened on returning to Amsterdam fairly frequent, but couldn't afford to stay at the Inntel often. |

design of the hotel, location. way too much noise. need to soundproof their rooms. on multiple occasions, staff entered rooms for housekeeping even if do not disturb sign was displayed. |
