Fabulous location as close to everything and trams if needed, friendly staff, free computer use, bath, room was spacious, had a safe. Was really comfortable

All good. The water was very hot but that wasn't a major issue

this hotel is located very central, near damrak area where all shops are there. Only 1 minute walk.

staffs aren't very friendly. We can't enter the room until 3.30pm and they seems don't care that we're travelling with children.

Pictures of peoples faces on EVERY wall in the hotel - including my room. It's disturbing!!. In such a beautiful city as Amsterdam why not a landscape picture or 50?

Location in the Center of A'dam. Good Connection with Public Transport.

Mattresses were a little soft. We were given the choice of a different room, but the beds in that room were also soft. We just like firm mattresses

Simplicity of the rooms.

The hotel is located at the centre of the city and sometimes, one can observe strange people smoking marijuana in front of the hotel. Made me feel unsafe.

Location very great, close to Dam square and the train station. Lady at Reception was very helpful and welcoming. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Large desks in the room had no use for us and a sofa would have been much better since it is a hotel with many tourists visiting.

Apart from breakfast facilities there's no all day cafe facilities although there is plenty right outside the main door so not really a big issue.

I smelled marijuana in the corridor on level 2. I am not sure whether the smell came in from outside through window or some guests were smoking it in the room.

Rooms located in several buildings. Two separate lifts necessary. Small lounge areas.

Location was good, easy walk from the station and easy walk to the city centre.

Breakfast was poor, not 4 star by any means and I've had far better rooms in budget hotels (UK Premier Inn for example).

The location is nice

The facilities are not enough. The room size is a bit small. The rest room is very small.

Enjoyed everything about this hotel. Staff were very helpful, room was clean and comfortable, excellent location, short walk from central train station, and all attractions within walking distance, didn't have to use any public transport. Will definitely stay here again!
