Stayed 9 nights. Not my first time here, and won't be the last. Good value considering the competition and the upscale neighborhood. Early check-in, friendly and helpful staff, ideal location, good early maid service. Very clean, and nice and quiet at night. Free internet wifi is also a bonus. Nice size room. Breakfast at 20 Euro per person is very high, especially considering there are much cheaper options just steps outside the front door of the hotel. |

The hotel is conveniently located near the Centraal station and major tourist attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. Another good point was free wireless LAN. I asked mileage for JAL when I checked in but the staff mentioned I should do so when I check out. I could not do it as I was in a hurry. I wonder why they do not accept it at the time of check in. |

excellent location, clean rooms, free wireless internet, helpful staff, good value for money , complementary free upgrading was done for us from superior to excutive room room relatively small, very narrow closet which hardely accomodated our personal belongings |

there are many restaurants around the hotel and close to the shopping street We have to change the elevator twice times just for going up and down from lobby floor to 3nd floor. |

free internet - excellent helpful staff - was a fantastic hotel due to an error with the booking (airport internet kept logging out when making the booking, the hotel was booked one day early, it cost the full rate for the night even though i called to advise when i noticed it.Bit unforgiving when a traveller is morving around a lot and mistakes happen :-( |
