The hotel room was clean and within easy walking distance of Centraal Station. The Hotel staff were very helpful. The rooms also have free wi-fi. |

I liked the positive attitude of your personnel to travellers very much. Especially I would like to emphasize an excellent customer service skills of your staff member, whose name is Sanne, she works at the reception. Her good sense of humour and warm attitude made me feel myself at home. She really deserves an exceptional reward for this kind of excellent job that she is doing. When a customer has a flight later in the day and needs a late check out, you should be very cooperative, otherwise she/he will choose the other hotel next time. |

The cleanliness, professionalism of the hotel staff, location and the fact that the wi-fi internet was working perfectly. The heating system, even though it was working as it should, it was making a little bit of a noise |

The hotel location was perfect for those who want to be in hart of Amsterdam. Just 5 min walk to railway station. Take train to or from airport. Much faster and cost is only about 4 euro’s. The prize for one night is reasonable. Those who are looking for normal clean room in perfect location I can recommend this one. Those who wants a bit more atmosphere from hotel it can be a bit too low quality. Breakfast was ok and had all normal things what hotel breakfast has. |

Central and convenient for shops, restaurants, sightseeing. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The room was good and the bathroom was large enough (sometimes a fault with hotels). We liked the breakfast room which was bright and airy and the bar with the big fire. It was really good to be able to access the internet free in the bar - this was a big plus. We would definitely choose this hotel on our next Amsterdam trip and recommend it. Personally I did not like the big photographs of human faces which decorate the walls. It reminded me of those old Benetton ads and I wondered what the point was? I particularly objected to the big blow ups that decorate the tables in the cafe. What on earth would be the difficulty of finding interesting photographs of Amsterdam, or even of The Netherland? It is a beautiful country and would be a lot more interesting than staring of pictures of people`s nostrils - very off-putting with breakfast! |
