Enjoyed everything about this hotel. Staff were very helpful, room was clean and comfortable, excellent location, short walk from central train station, and all attractions within walking distance, didn't have to use any public transport. Will definitely stay here again!

-Excellent location. Short walk from the central station and all the main attractions are very nearby. But if you want nightlife, the Leidseplein area is about 2km away. -Good and friendly staff -Very near the hotel there are ok restaurants and a lot of breakfast places, so it didn´t matter that the room didn´t include breakfast. -Good big beds -WiFi worked very well and didn´t require any passwords

Nice hotel, good location, very friendly and competent staff.

Our first night at the hotel was terrible: I had specifically asked for a quiet room but got an extremely noisy one. The reason was, I found out the next morning, that the window couldn't close completely as the window frame was broken. In addition there was a constant machine noise somewhere in that room. Result: no sleep.

Everything was great it was recommended by family who had stayed there

no cloth face clothes only paper and the quality of toilet tissue could improve........we bought our own as well as kleenex

The staff was very good to work with the both times we checked In we came early. They held our bags for us and we went and toured a bit. Breakfast was very good, a lot to choose from. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were quite.

I did not appreciate the increase in price because of the festivities. As a foreigner I was hoping to get my usual rate --- maybe slightly higher but this meant the hotel was taking advantage of the situation.

Had a pretty Bleak appearance. poor lighting, small rooms, adequate in most categories but nothing special about it....
