Internet speed was down to dial-up speed the first night, I complained and they said they needed to upgrade their systems, it did improve the next day though. |

Great location surrounded by cheapish but decent restaurants. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Rooms are very very small, no pay per view meant no movies in the evenings (even though PPP was advertised). Getting to the room was a bit of maze. |

I stay in this hotel 4-5 times a year and always have good experience. I never had any conflict with staff like you can read in some other opinions, always polite and helpful. Breakfast could be a bit better especially for that price, but I do not have breakfast in the hotel most of the days so not soimportant for me... |

The hotel stays near city center with easy access to railway station, shopping area and Dam square. Room was clean and comfortable. There was a heater in the room which was quite usefull during my stay in December. |

Arrived early and was thrilled to find our room ready. Hotel has an excellent location and is good value for money. Room size average but this is not unusual for European City hotels. Would recommend this hotel. |

Great location, friendly, helpful staff. Allowed me to check in early after an overnight flight from the states. Upgraded my room to a business room. Great amenities in the room such as a kettle, nice desk. Free wireless access is not common and very helpful. |

the rooms are very clean, the staff is friendly and the location is very good. the rooms are equiped well. Free coffee was/tea was appreciated Rooms are little small, however this should not be a problem for short stays |
