Locatia este foarte buna, camerele sunt curate, personalul este amabil, insa hotelul nu este unul de patru stele (camere foarte mici, lipsa frigiderului,foarte putine facilitati pentru oaspeti etc.) iar pretul este destul de mare in raport conditiile oferite. |

Ideally located for the centre, not far from the train station. Would definately stay here again. Did not eat breakfast in the hotel as I thought it was far too expensive. Can eat outside for 8 or 9 euros. |

Very nice hotel, modern nicely decorated and spacious room, clean, comfortable, nice staff - we had a very pleasant stay The only thing that wasn't perfect were the baked eggs at breakfast - those were way to salt |

excellent location. Very close to shopping centre, cafes, restaurants This was my 2nd visit. The hotel seems to be doing a cost cutting excercise on bath towels (small & thin) soap (1 piece for 2 persons), no shower caps, no facecloths. |

Stayed here many times before, and will certainly return. Perfect location, early check-in, friendly staff, good maid service, quiet rooms, fair price compared with competition, free internet wifi, very clean, Fitness First next door, comfortable bed. Expensive breakfast, especially given that there are many cheaper alternatives just steps outside the front door. |

Stayed 9 nights. Not my first time here, and won't be the last. Good value considering the competition and the upscale neighborhood. Early check-in, friendly and helpful staff, ideal location, good early maid service. Very clean, and nice and quiet at night. Free internet wifi is also a bonus. Nice size room. Breakfast at 20 Euro per person is very high, especially considering there are much cheaper options just steps outside the front door of the hotel. |

The hotel is conveniently located near the Centraal station and major tourist attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. Another good point was free wireless LAN. I asked mileage for JAL when I checked in but the staff mentioned I should do so when I check out. I could not do it as I was in a hurry. I wonder why they do not accept it at the time of check in. |
