The rooms were clean and modern. The bed was good. The staff did not explain correctly how to go to and from the hotel by public transportation, also was too much outside the city. |

The newer part of the hotel is very contemporary and nicely appointed, although a little more trouble to get to. The breakfast buffet was expensive, but with good selection. Location makes for easy city center access, with bus #48 stop right outside hotel and takes you right to the central station in about 15 mins. WiFi worked very well throughout. The staff was very helpful, particularly with a health emergency which led to an ER visit at 1 am There are actually 2 bldgs. in this hotel that are connected. The older part is nearest the street and the newer in the back. We were staying in the newer part and the bldg. AC was not working. It made for a very hot (82°F) night on a very hot (92°F) day. We were moved to the older bldg the next night which had AC. There is no place close by to eat other than the hotel restaurant. Hotel parking was expensive, so we used the P&R – a good deal. |

The rooms were really really nice: comfy bed; nice shower; perfectly clean. Continental breakfast-big choice of food. Swimming pool outside who do not skip their morning exercises. No bidet in the room. A bit pricy. |

Rather easy to reach by car, Easy to take local bus to city centre. Nice, new and clean rooms. Free wireless internet available in room. Parking garage bit expensive. |

Comfortable bed, quite nice staff, clean rooms; PS. If you need free parking you can do it at Hempoint (opposite to the hotel). However keep a secret :) Not close to the center |

The unusual design of the bedroom was very attractive and extremely comfortable Ironically, I stubbed my toe on the step leading to the bed and in the morning (i.e. completely sober!) walked into the glass door of the bathroom which was sore for a bit so although it was higly unusual and very attractive, it was dangerous! You should put some marking accross the glass door. I'm a Lawyer.....I should know! |

Everything fine and nice, except the restaurant.Friendly staff, excellent parking (cheap for Amsterdam), wonderful room, very clean, nice bar, large swimming pool, quiet place, bus to center in front of the door. Great place for a short stay. The choice-quality/price ratio at the restaurant is not satisfactory. Dinner and breakfast too expensive for what you get. |

I have stayed at the Golden Tulip a before and was happy before. This time, I had the upsized room and it was really nice, and huge! As with many hotels whose main customers are business travellers, not tourists, the buffet breakfast is far too expensive at 17 euros. |

Vriendelijk en bekwaam personeel. Rustig, weinig lawaai. Schoon. Fietsen. Wifi. Makkelijk te bereiken. Parkeergarage van EUR 22,50 per 24 uur te duur. Op internet werd het gepresenteerd alsof het zwembad bij het hotel hoorde, terwijl het gewoon een openbaar zwembad was. Bar vroeg dicht. |

Leuk hotel, aardig personeel, lekker eten. Goede service. Bij het ontbijt verliep het heel rommelig. Er was geen bestek, geen borden, glazen, koffiekopjes. Heel lekker eten ,maar niets om het op te leggen. Dit werd netjes opgelost door 1 ontbijt gratis te geven. |

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, parkeren onder het Hotel was goed al was de op en afrit wat stijl, erg mooie ruime design kamer met alles benodigheden die je op een kamer verwacht. |
