It's absolutely beautiful and my room was huge! Totally worth every penny and such a great deal for me!

The room was very well decorated, was clean and comfortable. The transport links into dam square were excellent. It was a wonderful stay and we would definately return. Only bad point was the food was very expensive for what it was.

Has free wi-fi and internet availability. The rooms are decent sized and quite clean.

Staff not very helpful. Too far from City Centre with limited connectivity on public transport. The location was wrongly claimed in the guide as 800 m from my meeting place. This may be true as the crow flies but actual distance by road was over 3.0 kms. Taxi's have to be booked in advance and are often late causing wastage of time. The breakfast was rather low on choices and almost nothing is available for Vegetarians. Almost no english channel on the TV.On the whole a sub par experience.

I must say I am staying in this hotel since 8 years now ...but this week was a disaster !!! - Breakfast openee every day at 07:05 with a huge numbeof people waiting in the lobby for opening - too late before I could get served and go to work. - 2 days during breakfast, both coffee machines stopped working and I did not get coffee. - Lady at the reception was very unfriendly, very cold and very unefficient - 17minutes to check in ! (her badge was "Bibi"). - Prices in the bar are now totally crazy (14.99 for a brandy blazer iso 8.99 in the past !), Steak/frites/Salad is now 28euros, parking is 22 ... - Every day, no shower get in the bathroom ... If nothing is done, I am looking for another hotel (and my colleagues too).

Spacious comfortable room, separate bathroom and toilet (what a great.idea!) and free working wi-fi. Location was good since the bus stop is in front of the hotel and it takes 15 min. to get to the Central Station. Hotel staff were helpful.

Breakfast too expensive; lack of english-speaking news TV channels.

Well located outside the busy center of Amsterdam but on a Bus line that allows access to the center of the city within 10 minutes. Staff were very helpful in providing directions and maps for main attractions..

Nothing comes to mind. Location of hotel is not flash but if you are looking for reasonably priced accommodation, close to the city center, then this is a good hotel to stay at.

The location of this hotel is just out of town, with an excellent bus service into town. The rooms were good and there is a good restaurant.

The cost of car parking is excessive at 22 euros per night.

There is a bus outside the hotel which runs every 15 minutes or less and take about 10 minutes to reach central Amsterdam. I found it very convenient. For those who stay out after midnight though, the bus runs on the hour.

We stayed in the 4 star section of the hotel, but reception, computer services, restaurant and all services are located in the 3 star area of the hotel. I wanted a quiet room and I got a comfortable, quiet room but I would have like someone at the desk downstairs in our area of the hotel. Also, I saw very little art for a hotel that bills itself an art hotel. The toilet is in a separate room from the large bathroom which includes a shower and a tub. The toilet should have a sink or at least a hand sanitizer.

Design of the room is nice. A modern hotel in a quiet location

You cannot open a window (central ventilation + conditioning only). A bit far from city centre with no metro connection (walk 20-30 mins through a nice park)
