Getting wee bit tired in bedroom. Parking fee not expected.

nice rooms, big beds, flatscreen TV and bus stop right in front of the house (leaves every 10min). bakery 10min walk or 2min bus stop away

a bit far outside the city, they charge for parking (22EUR a day in the garage)

The room was very comfortable, and had a great view over the pools and park (room233). A great little seating area to take advantage of this view. Whilst you would have to be with someone you were comfortable with the bathrooms were fantastic - glass walls and very modern. Again in our room you could lie in the bath and look out at he scenery. Staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the manager, who I think was called Patrick. It is easy to get a bus into the city centre and cost 2 euro 80. To sum up, modern friendly hotel with good food if required.

Although I am sure it would have been good, breakfast was advertised at 18 euro which seemed a bit steep, so instead we went to Bagel and Beans, a 10 minute walk away. However did notice as we were departing a blaclboard advertising smaller breakfasts in the hotel at a much cheaper cost. Perhaps this needs to be pointed out to guests, as it is not immediately apparent.

Lovely, comfy, peaceful and absolutely relaxing. The XL rooms are great to come back to after a day of walking around in Amsterdam. Away from the hustle & bustle of Amsterdam but yet so close by Bus no. 48. I'd definitely come back.

Everything, the hotel location is great, just 10 min. from the Central Station with bus. no. 48. Very nice design, clean, tidy. Very good price for staying closed to the city!!

comfortable rooms food was great but they needed more servers I think they were over whelmed we stayed on 4/26-27-28 checked out 4/29. We did ask for romm service last day I specifically asked for 2 crouissants and 2 sgrambled eggs 2 coffee 1 orange juice and diet cola and we were sent the order for 4 people and charged 40 E, my husband accepted it not knowing what I had ordered. That was their mistake but we paid for it.

front desk very rude except the lady that we met on the first day i don't remember her name she spoke spanish. the gentleman that works on night shit needs to learn how to smile!

All the staff was really nice and helpfull! The room was beautiful and comfortable, we loved the bathroom. It was very clean (except the sofa cloth). The WiFi was strong and reliable. Connection to the city center was very good! I will stay there again the next time I ll be in Amsterdam.

There were some nasty stains on the sofa. The double bed we booked had two seperate mattresses.

All other was perfect !!!!!

Very nice hotel, the interior and exterior design were pretty cool, with paintings and funny super hero cows. The staff is really nice, in fact all Dutchs are very friendly and pleasant people. The room was confortable and clean. Fun thing is the bathroom... it is a glass space inside the room, perfect for a couple on vacation and for a romantic atmosphere (which was the case for us).

The staff were excellent and helpful The hotel itself had great decor and was nicely fitted out with the glass hallway, art on the walls and bar/restaurant and terrace the rooms were very spacious and much more luxurious than I would have thought easy transport everywhere from this hotel

The only thing I didnt like about the hotel and its a small thing - if it bothered me that much I would have spoken to the front desk - but was the fact that our bed was basically two twins pushed together with no headboard, it was still a comfortable bed though.

I didn't like the fact that a double bedroom was booked and the bed, instead of having one single mattress and duvet, had two of both, which made it quite uncomfortable. Upon request to be changed, I was informed it wasn't possible due to hotel regulations.

the design of the hotel , the room are very comfortable , very clean, rooms are big and pleasures.

the hotel is little bit far from Dam square bat there is bus in every 10 minutes. we ask for long our checkout and the reception said that we need to pay 10 euro more for one hour, i think that is not fair.

The Reception staff where excellent and the rooms well maintained during my stay.

I sat at the bar near the tv a lot. The bar/wait staff would forget a lot or it seemed an inconvieniance that I was "over" there. I spent a good amount of money in there and also tipped well - but still no real thought of awareness towards my presence during the 5 nights spent there.

Too far from centre. Need car but there is a public bus. No character.

It's location to the business office I was visiting was very convenient.

The inability to turn off the airconditioning unit in my room resulted in the 3 worst nights of slepp I have ever had in a hotel int he last 20 years ! I will not return to this hotel. I spoke with Reception twice but there were unable to help.

Hotel is lovely. Beautiful comfy beds, staff were very friendly and helpful. 25 min walk from Dam Square but you can get the 48 bus right outside if you don't want to walk.

There's nothing that I didn't like but if you're in the right wing of the hotel you have to get 2 lifts to the top floor which feels a bit lengthy when you're just nipping out for a smoke

4* hotel with a 5* attitude, great quiet location and room was great. Staff very polite and helpful too which makes for a great stay.

The hotel is very well decorated, the room is very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean.

The location is not so good. It's a 40 minutes walk to the central area, but at least the city has 2 bus lines that you can use to go downtown.

spacious rooms in amsterdam at a recent rate hard to find! rooms are bright and spacious and tastefully decorated. I like tge modern style and colorful artwork all over the place

not super centrally located. even though bus stop right in front of hotel it's too much trouble to go forth and back several times a day which means you basically leave hotel in morning and don't return til later at night - sometimes with all jkind of shopping bags and no way in between to freshen up or change for evening.
