next to the conference location (museon) Parked overnight at the hotel and was charged a complete day rate of 15 Euro. This seemed excessive. Breakfast was also expensive for what was on offer. TV in the room was a tiny old crt model and the remote didn't work. Ice machine on the landing was bust. got the impression it was time to update the facilities. |

There was used underwear hanging on the door when we arrived in the 2nd room. The first room that we were given was a double room because house cleaning had not cleaned enough twin rooms. At 10pm they changed our room. |

Reduce parking fee (15€ are too high for hotel guest....5€ per day is enough!); Quality of bed's should be improved; Organization at breakfast (too many people around 10 o'clock) and was difficult to find a place. |

Very easy to access city and beach areas. For the general good standard of the hotel it would have been nice to have had tea/coffee making fascilities in the room. |

Clean room, good conference facilities and services No free internet, which is a must nowadays for travelers (wifi internet expensive 8€/hour and unreliable) |

Good location, not too far form the Hague city centre and near Scheveningen beach. very good breakfast buffet There was not enough parking space in the car opark of the hotel. We had to park the car almost 10 minutes walking from the hotel. However, we could probably not park the car neare to the hotel because of the The Hague Jazz festival. |

fine breakfast, quiet and comfortable rooms you have to have twice ammount on your credit-card because they block money when you arrive and then you pay the same ammount but it needs a lot of time in order to receive unblocked money back (for russian banks). They can't use blocked money, only in addition. |

Aanwezigheid van: parkeergelegenheid, gym, en het zwembad. Kamer was groot genoeg. No complementary water, bathrobe or slippers; parking for guests should be free, when new guest arrives, portiere has to offer help with suitcases; using internet has to be more flexible, i.e. only to pay for time used and not minimum 60 mins. |

Excellent client oriented staff, very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet. Easy to reach and half way between the City centre and Scheveningen. The hotel needs renovation and its present standards are the ones of a three star-hotel not a four star. I stayed in the same hotel six years ago, it was new and at this time it deserved four stars. However, the maintenance and replacement of used materials is not frequent enough. This confirms comments of other clients that I could read on Booking.com. |

The staff was friendly. The hotel lobby looked nice. The room was awful for a 4-stars hotel. We've been to plenty 3-stars looking much better. They charge you 15-euros for parking, even though they own it. The breakfast is also exaggerated at 19.5-euros - it's just a simple buffet. |

Nice hotel easy to find. Parking is a nightmare , spent 30 minutes cruising the parking lot waiting for a space to come free. Food and drink is very expensive. |
