Good location near World Forum Comfy beds Nice view on Haagse Gemeentemuseum Nice atmosphere Good breakfast Able to load electric car
Same location as my conference.
Rooms poorly insulated, can hear the wind howling with the windows fully closed. Very old bathroom (1970's style). WIFI constantly knocks you off line. Restaurant offering quite poor. A bit of a walk to the nearest tram.
Perfect clean, very nice hotel and room
very cold in the room :(
- Location is convenient if you are attending OPWC meetings or conferences held in World Forum. - If you want to see the city, it takes more than half an hour on foot. - Nice bar for evening drinks.
- They charge you during check-in - Rooms were spacious but old. - Rooms were cold at night. - Breakfast is too expensive. - No hot drink
card key was a problem
but it is so tired and old fashioned. Breakfast is cramped but good food.
This hotel needs a facelift, the corridors and decor are gloomy and almost 70s in style (and not in a good way either) No free bottle of water in the room and no tea/coffee making stuff is scandalous!
it was few minutes walk from world forum , where the conference was . not far from tram station. near an area with some shop,restaurants,....
no coffe /tea maker.
Behavior of staff.
Lighting in the room

I liked very very much the suite we got the second night of our stay. I don't know whether the beds in this room were harder but I judged them to be better. We also appreciated the long curtains. That it was very quiet in the appartment considered we as a great asset!
In the room the first night, we didn't like the soft, narrow beds. Another problem for me were the short curtains. (For me) too much light came in.
Too expensive. I parked diagonally right across the road junction. Only a 150 meters walk. For free!!
Nice breakfast with sparkling wine!
It's slightly dated but still really nice.
Wifi was poor
Close to my work, nice staff.
Far from center, cofee kit missing most days, room could be cleaner
On arrival,my girlfriend and I had arrived from Amsterdam that weekend on the train after a flight from Ireland. Being quite weary, The warm welcome and efficient check in was great. We had come to see the Fireworks competition that weekend at the beach nearby. Our room was spacious and the bed really comfortable. The view over the nearby park and museum was picturesque. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful choice to suit all tastes. All in all, a lovely break in a good hotel.
We caught the tram to the nearest stop to the hotel. Unfortunately, it was raining heavily, and we weren't sure of the hotels location. We rang the hotel for directions which was fine as we arrived during daylight, but if was Dark,it would have been a lot more difficult.
Excellent location to the beach and the city center. Breakfast was the best we had while traveling Europe, included something for everyone.
Clean, comfortable , some of the best hotel food I have had. I ate most of my meals there. Staff was wonderful, especially Maat. They have an onsite library, bikes and scooter available to rent for the day. Beautiful location and close to lovely park.
Very professional staff
Surcharges: 19.50 Euros for a car in the empty car park over night and 20.00 Euros per person for breakfast doesn't create a friendly atmosphere.
Junior suite is perfect for wedding night, great bed :-), quick room service and beautiful view over the Hague.
It was only for 1 night....
The room was spacious and well laid out to bring out comfort
The arrangement of the room was excellent
-location -cleaness -staff are helpful
The door does not has a key and any one can just enter.
Clean, good breakfast, great cocktails and the barman.
Lady at the reception lied about not having a baby cot. Once we complained - she found that literally within 30 seconds and by the time we got to a room (3-4 minutes) it was already there! Also, charged a 2-year old child for breakfast, which is ridiculous in my opinion. Bad experience - would not recommend the hotel.
