Package was good value for money, staff helpful, good evening meals, the chef willing to improvise on request. Not enoght staff, you had to be an early riser to find any breakfast left. |

- Rooms were booked for the water side, but upon arrival the reception had parking side rooms. This was quickly changed however by the friendly staff; - Late in the evening there was a very loud group on the terrace of the bar conversing until well after midnight. All waterside rooms are above this terrace. |

Er was een vriendelijke ontvangst met een goed ontbijtbuffet. We hadden om 2 enkele bedden gevraagd. Helaas stond er een dubbel bed. Er is vervolgens een noodbed geplaatst. |

Goede bedden. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt. Mooie lokatie. Mc Donalds op loopafstand. Kamer niet goed gestofzuigd bij aankomst. Kamermeisje kwam alleen 's ochtends, zodat onze kamer niet werd opgeruimd op de 2e dag omdat wij pas 's middags van onze kamer zijn gegaan. |

charmante et efficace hôtesse à l'accueil - petit déjeuner copieux - bonne surface de la chambre. chambre 402 : poussière sous le lit côté fenêtre - le plancher de la salle du petit déjeuner n'était pas propre, nous y avons séjourné deux nuits.il serait bien que la personne efficace qui s'occupe du petit déjeuner, ré-arrange le buffet pour ceux qui arrivent plus tard et vérifie que les nappes ne soient pas tâchées. |

das empfangspersonal war super-freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. unser zimmer hatte klimaanlage, was durchaus angenehm war. die lage des hotels ist sehr gut. reist man mit dem auto an, gibt es genügend parkplätze (kostenfrei) direkt beim hotel. man ist in ca. 8 minuten zu fuss am stadt-strand (einer ist mit wiese für surfer, eine mit sand, beides ist ok). dort ist auch ein erlebnisbad. weiterhin ist dort ein bekanntes amerikanisches schnellrestaurant. mit inlinern oder fahrrad kann man sehr schön eine runde ums wasser fahren.geht man in die andere richtung, ist man in ca. 13 minuten im stadtzentrum. dort kann man sehr schön auf dem marktplatz draussen in einem der zahlreichen lokale flanieren und essen. das bad ist recht schimmelig/muffig gewesen - im gesamteindruck wirkt es ein wenig heruntergekommen - beides bewegt sich jedoch noch deutlich im rahmen für eine übernachtung am wochenende, ohne das man sich unwohl fühlt - aber das hotel könnte deutlich besser sein, wenn diese details abgestellt würden und alles mehr gepflegt würde. er erste eindruck zählt halt, und wenn im 5.og im flur die tapete von der wand hängt, naja... |

Het hotelpersoneel was uitstekend! Het hotel en de kamer was niet schoon. De badkamer was smerig, compleet met schimmelvoegen en een met kalk aangekoekt toilet. Tevens stoffluimen her en der en de airconditioning maakte behoorlijk wat lawaai zodat je er s'nachts een aantal x van wakker werd. Bij het ontbijten viel het ons op dat er ook stoffluimenonder de opgemaakte tafels in het restaurant hingen, plus een openkeuken die ook niet echt proper en opgeruimd toonde. Conslusie: Heel wat verbeterpuntjes en voor ons niet meer een tweede bezoek aan dit hotel. Mocht nog even van het hart dat wij veel van Golden Tullip Hotels gebruik maken en die viezigheid totaal niet van Golden Tullip zijn gewend. Heel jammer! |

het personeel in de receptie en bar is uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam het ontbijt de tafels waren vol en toen er een vrij kwam moest het even opgeruimd worden. wij gingen even aan de bar staan komt er een ander paar gaat er zitten. |
