Overall, very good. Service at breakfast was very, very slow. They should go back to a buffet style breakfast.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and very pleasing to the eye. The design of the hotel is excellent, the bar and restaurant well laid out. The room was of a really good standard and the kingsize bed was very comfortable. My only fault was that we didn't spend enough time at the hotel. Excellent hotel. No complaints

No major problems - that's good! At the booking.com info there is stated the hotel has buffet breakfast. This is not true any more. A la carte is served that is time consuming and pricy - be prepared.

The location of hotel to tramstops is excellant to travel around city and acess from airport very straightforward via train & tram. It is within walking distance of shops , museums, restuarants, cinema and other tourist attractions. Good menu at hotel but options may not suit families with young children

The hotel is very nice and excellently located. I would have rated it hightest at all categories if it was not that the staff dealing with the booking was extremely efficient, friendly and nice while the restaurant staff was slow and extremely inefficient. This made me rate it a bit lower.

Overall, a good hotel. Breakfast service was very slow. The quality was fine but the length of time to get served was far too long. There was no sense of urgency for people who have appointments to keep.

The main attraction of the hotel has always been its location in the heart of the historic, political & shopping center of this Dutch capital city, seat of the goverment of the neatherlands. The just finished renovation has been a success. The hotel has re-found its charm and can compete again with any other 4 star hotel in the Netherlands qua decoration, comfort and service. In paricular I wish to mention breakfast: a real personalised treat of exceptional quality.

Excellent service by the friendly staffs. The location is very good. Near to many restaurants, shopping areas and attractions. The tram no. 17 is less than 5 minutes walk. The tram goes to Rijswijk station. Good for any Shell employees to go to the Shell office and training centre. Overall, it is a good place to stay! Highly recommended! The only downside of this hotel is that it doesnt provide automatic jug/kettle in the room. However, you can get hot drinking water at the bar anytime and it is complimentary! Also, the breakfast menu is fixed everyday so it can be boring after sometimes.

Good location, nice rooms, excellent shower, nice bar/ restaurant downstairs Hotel is not cheap. Noise of passing tram is annoying. No coffee / tea maker in the room, this should be a basic provision for a room this pricy!

The recent rennovation makes this hotel more attractive. It's central location and easy access to public transport and local shops makes it ideal. The breakfast. Please bring back the buffet. Although the breakfast is good, the new menu system is very slow especially as the restaurant is usually understaffed - not ideal if you are in a hurry. I often skip the relatively expensive breakfast and eat elsewhere.

The location of the hotel is the best point, it's opposite to the Binnenhof. The hotel is renovated this year and everything is brand new. The room and the bed is very comfortable. Also the shower is very elegant. The included breakfast was simple perfect and it's not self-served. The Internet connection is free and works great. I highly recommend this hotel. Everything was over expectations and the negative feedbacks are over here are not true.

Completely refurnished rooms - Truly upgraded vs. Before. Modern and tasteful bathrooms. Very good bed. Continental breakfast for 14 Euro was not only served with personal touch but also had a very rich choice of high quality elements: Croissant fresh from the bakery, exquisite bread, fresh pressed orange juice, fruit salad, soft boiled egg freshly made for you aso - all this served in a stylish restaurant with view on the old city and the Parliament House. Perfect experience. Wireless should be free of charge as in most business hotels nowadays.

The perfect location, near state institution buildings for meeting, shopping area as well as coffee shops and restaurants. Walking distance from Den Haag Central Station and if you don't like walking, it can be reach by trem or bus. internet WIFI connection is also good to keep us connected to our office, family and friend The employee was very nice and helpful. The hotel do not provide tea, coffee and the electric kettle. We need to buy downstairs at the restaurant.
