Very good location for exploring the sights and excellent shoppoing facilities in the centre of The Hague. No coffee making facilities in the rooms. All TV had to be paid for. |

Friendly and helpfull personnel. Situated at an excellent place in the middle of town. A lot of lovely restaurants in the immediate neigbourhood. Cleaning could be more efficient. Parking at the hotel's parking place is a bit of a troublesome happening because of security measures of a nearby embassy. |

quiet atmosphere day and night, quiet location although in center of town (Buitenhof).Large room. No airconditioning instead I could open the window.Modern bathroom A row of pegs in the bathroom would be handy.PayTV did work only in 1 channel instead of 4, and the image quality was awful. It was promised to be mentioned on the bill as "miscellaneous", but it was as "Pay=TV". |

Staff was very willing to move us to another room when we complained of the noise of a generator outside our room, preventing us from having windows open. Everyone was very pleasant and cheerful. |

Very friendly staff, every one of them. Excellent location, right in the middle of the city. Beautiful building, clean room. One minor thing: it was hot in the room, also during the night, and no way to lower the heating. |

It was good, because the location is in the center of the city. Difficult to find parking. |

The location was very convenient and pleasant. It was quiet and had a nice view of the square. I found a pair of old socks on top of the cupboard! |

It is located at a nice place (nice square). It was too expensive especially when considering that the breakfast was not included in the price, and I found the breakfast also expensive (making it actually impossible to have breakfast in the hotel). A normal continental breakfast should not cost more than 8 euros. |

I think that it is sad at present that everywhere that I go is affected by the recession. The hotel wasquieter than the last time That I stayed there. This is no problem at my age. |

Almost nothing - the only redeeming feature was a helpful restaurant employee. I asked on my booking for them to confirm I had parking reserved by calling me. When no one called I called them and was told when I asked why no one had called me "we don't normally do that" I arrived about 10.30pm - the restaurant was closed and so was the bar - no chance of anything to eat. For a superior room they really could have done better. |

The hotel is well located near the city centre. I appreciated that it a rather small hotel in an ancient building. |

Hotel was in a great location, right in the city centre. Great restaurants and bars within close walking distance. Fairly quiet at night as far as traffic noises go. The rooms were of a good size, but could use some renovations. Wallpaper peeling, and some electricity not working. |

Very central location to all sites in the older part of The Hague. Very friendly staff and the fact that checkout is at 12 noon, giving you the whole morning before having to take your luggage. |

Staff were all very nice. Restaurant was excellent. Access to tramway was excellent. Location of hotel in general was very nice, beautiful surroundings. Room was a little too dark for me, even with all the lights on. Breakfast is expensive (18 euros). |
