the location is great for shopping, eating out or trips to the beach. The staff were friendly and very helpfull and the atmoshere is very relaxing There were no bedside lights on our room which meant that it was not possible to read in bed without disturbing each other. A real shame because everything else was so good. |

Location, location, location right at the heart of the shopping area of the Hague and vicinity to Central station. The mattress was very soft, should be replaced. |

Hotel is located in the city centre of The Hague, close to the railway station and has bus/tram stops around the corner. If your room is situated at the front you will have a nice view of the Dutch Parliament. The double bed was actually two singles put together and the bar was already closed around 23:00. |

The neighborhood seemed upscale residential and it was nice and quiet and comfortable to walk around. The breakfast was decent. It was difficult bringing luggage up the steep, steep stairs. And the toilet was in the hallway, which isn't convenient. The hallway itself was very creaky and it felt rundown. |

Location, staff. Original lift. Lack of a safe in room, no air-co. Rooms a bit tired and the lighting in the room dark (even with all lights on). |

You cannot beat the location of this hotel. The exterior is so beautiful in the summer with all the flowers and the amazing terrace off to the side. Great coffee and appetizers on restaurant terrace. There was no information given about how difficult it is to get onto the street where the hotel is situated. With the Israeli embassy there they have put up automatic blockades and you have to go up the street to turn around and then press a buzzer on the side of the road to have the blockades lowered. This would be very helpful information as I was extremely frustrated while driving around trying to follow my GPS instructions. The foldaway bed was visibly broken and the housekeeping staff just left it in the room anyway. There is some need of refurbishment in this hotel. |

Friendly staff, beautifully furnished room, excellent location. Fresh apples at reception were a nice touch. No air-conditioning, room was very hot and stuffy. Kept windows open, but kept awake all night by the sound of air-conditioners across courtyard (other building), including one very noisy one. I would only recommend this hotel in cooler weather, or if they finally do install air-conditioning. Also, access to our room was by stairs only. Not a problem for us, but would have been awkward for the less-able. |

Friendly and helpfull personnel. Situated at an excellent place in the middle of town. A lot of lovely restaurants in the immediate neigbourhood. Cleaning could be more efficient. Parking at the hotel's parking place is a bit of a troublesome happening because of security measures of a nearby embassy. |
